企業需要有經營策略,來確保企業在營運上能夠長穩地發展,而室內設計企業如是,在現在的室內設計市場當中,市場供給不斷地在提升,然而在需求沒有提升的狀況下,大批的室內設計企業,要從何處找到自己的一片藍海,就成為了公司能否存活的重點。因此,台灣室內設計的企業在發展上,是使用何種經營策略,才能夠在競爭的市場下發展,將是本研究討論的重點。 依照本文所提及之經營策略之中,為探討台灣室內設計企業之經營策略,因此,為使研究成果具有相當程度的研究信度,本研究之研究對象,以台灣室內設計企業之企業主作為目標,並且針對台灣五大室內設計企業之高層進行訪談,並將所得到之一手資料進行分析與交叉比對後,整理成本研究之研究結果。 在研究結論的部分,本研究發現台灣大型室內設計企業所使用之經營策略有大部分屬於相似的,但在企業經營的方向考量上,針對不同企業主的目標設定不同,所考量的重點上則較有相異之處。
Enterprises need business strategy to ensure that their business can be growing steadily, and so do the interior design enterprises. In the current interior design market, the supply continues to increase nowadays, while the demand doesn’t, in this situation, how do these interior design company survive in the market makes an important point. Therefore, their survival strategy will be the key point and focus of this research. In order to make the research results reliable, the object of this research is focused on the business owners of Taiwan interior design enterprises. The research results will be obtained by interviews and the documents will be analyzed with cross-comparison with each objects. In the conclusion of this research, this study found that most of the operating strategies used by large-scale interior design enterprises in Taiwan are mostly similar to each other, but in the direction of business operation policy, the consideration of these business owners are slightly distinct from each other, owing to different business goal settings.
