摘要


在快速發展的社會中,如何比競爭對手更快速的取得先機是一個重要的關鍵。開發者如果能掌握未來的趨勢,研發出更加符合消費者需求的產品或服務,將能夠為企業帶來可觀的效益。 本論文利用TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)理論中-演化趨勢(Trends of Evolution)的思維方式探索並建構新的趨勢線。本研究第二章探討TRIZ理論之各項文獻,對各學者所提出之演化趨勢線做一整理與介紹。第三章為本研究之主體部分,經由分析個案例之內涵及發展年代,整理並歸納出四條趨勢線,分別是:支付模式、群眾募資、商品價格資訊取得及創業資金取得。第四章為案例分析應用,本論文四項趨勢線對新商業模式的開發,期待找出具有新創方向之營運構想。

In a society with rapid economic and technological development, it is of great importance to learn how to seize preemptive opportunities over other rivals. If a developer can grasp the future trends earlier than others in developing products or services that better meet consumers’ preferences, it will be able to earn considerable profit for its business. The challenge is determining how we can seize the opportunities a step ahead of others. This study is based on the “Trends of Evolution”, a theory in TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), and trying to construction new trend lines. In chapter 2, it is going to review the TRIZ literatures, and introduce the evolution trend lines by other researcher. Chapter 3 is the main purpose in this study, by analyzing each case’s content and development year, it can sum up 4 trend lines, the first one is mode of payment, the second is crowdfunding, the third is price information, the fourth is raise capital. Chapter 4 is case analysis, using 4 trend lines in new business models, and expect to find a feasible management ideas for business.
