在大陸,雇主提供員工住宿與伙食是相當常見的一件事,在員工宿舍有廣大需求的社會環境下,能否讓員工居住於此能夠滿足日常生活所需的機能、居住感受下的舒適便利以及達到充足的身、心、靈的休憩與放鬆,便是相當重要的一件事情,畢竟員工在休息時能夠充足的為自身充電,對工作精神與表現上是有絕對的影響力。 本研究的研究目的主要是針對員工宿舍的空間藉由探討宿舍空間型態、硬體需求、空間行為、人際交流距離以等相關文獻探討,以及實地走訪瞭解當地人文地景與交通,來進行研究與設計規劃,進而作為日後研究設計規畫之參考,並且以「生活機能需求」、「動線規劃」與「交流互動需求」來進行研究與規劃,作為本設計研究之基礎。提出適合員工居住與放鬆休憩的環境之布局、動線規劃與設計建議,最後利用空間模擬圖呈現出空間意象,期許能夠設計出符合生活與心靈需求的員工宿舍。
On the mainland China, it is quite common for the employers to provide accommodation and food to the staff. In this social need, therefore, it is very important for the employers to offer dormitories in which the staff can not only live in functions to meet their daily life, but also feel comfortable, convenient and relax. After all, rest is for longer journey. If the staff can get enough rest in the rest, the spirit of work and performance is the absolute influence. The purpose of this study is to focus on the living space of the staff dormitory. We did the research and design by exploring the dormitory space type, hardware demand, spatial behavior, interpersonal communication distance and other related literature, as well as visiting and understanding the local human landscape and traffic. The research and design planning will also be a reference for future researches and design planning. "Life function requirements", "line planning" and "exchange interaction needs" were considered as the bases of this study. To put forward the suitable layout of the environment for staff to live and relax, wonderful moving line planning and design recommendations, we finally used 3D space simulation map showing a spatial image. We expected to design a staff dormitory in line with the life and mental needs of the staff.
