學生宿舍中之領域性與私密性相關行為研究 －以中原大學良善宿舍為例

摘要

本論文的研究目的主要為針對學生宿舍中比較容易產生的「領域行為」及「私密行為」作為核心，將「領域型態」、「空間的使用頻率」、以及「個人屬性」三種在國內從未被探討過的不同的變項去加以研究探討它們三者之間會對於學生在宿舍中的行為模式產生何種之影響，企圖能找出、建立一套會影響行為的相關通則。「領域性」在人類社會系統的組織中，扮演著可以支持和澄清社會角色、調整互動及減少衝突的重要角色；而「私密性」是調節人際互動的一項課題，它包含了社會的互動及對自我的相關訊息的控制等等。本研究的研究方式除透過量化研究，從其中得到的數據獲得一些結論之外，也同時透過質化的訪談方式，期待更深一層去了解住宿生在宿舍中的生活行為，能與數據結果作一些比較及分析。本論文的主要內容為宿舍中之空間行為的相關研究，透過中原大學新建之女生宿舍－良善宿舍，作為空間行為中之領域性及私密性上的探討，研究內容包函暸解領域性及私密性之理論性內涵、研擬測量之工具、了解在學生宿舍中領域性與私密性之描述性內容等，也加以探求個人屬性、領域型態對於領域性及私密性之影響差異，以及三者之間的關係。

在經由電腦統計軟體對234份良善宿舍住宿生的有效問卷分析結果後發現：領域行為及私密行為確實會隨著領域型態、空間的使用頻率、以及相關的個人屬性等不同的特徵而有所改變。領域型態的3個因素中，首重領域對於領域行為及私密行為影響最為明顯。空間的使用頻率3個因素中，常用領域對於領域行為及私密行為影響最為明顯。個人屬性中的「年級」、「居住樓層」及「室友類型」對於領域行為及私密行為皆有顯著之影響。由於國內極少有對於空間行為的相關研究，本論文以領域性及私密性為探討主題，期望可以對日後行為科學及物理環境上的相關研究提供有效的參考依據。

The research purpose of this thesis mainly for aim at in the dormitory the more easy and output “Territorial Behavior” and “Privacy Behavior” is the core, sowing in “Personal Attribute”, “Territorial Form” and “Space Usage Frequency” three the home was never inquired into of the different variable takes into the research to inquire into their three a meetings related general rule for student at the behavior pattern in the dormitory creation what its influence, attempt can find out, build up a set of will influence the behavior. "Territory" plays an important character for interaction adjusting and conflict reducing by supporting and clarifying the social role in the organizations among the human society system. On the other hand, "Privacy" is a topic that regulates the interpersonal relationship; it included the interaction of society and controlling of self-related(ego) message. The main subject of this thesis is a relevant research in accordance of proxemics; the discussion of the territory and privacy of proxemics based on the latest girl dormitory by Chung Yuan Christian university- Dormitory of Goodness.
According to the valid surveys from 234 boarders at Dormitory of Goodness, resulted by statistic software, the territorial behavior and privacy behavior will change corresponding to the difference of personal attribute, territorial form and space usage frequency. From the three factors of territorial form, the primary territory has the most conspicuous influence on territorial behavior and privacy behavior. From the three factors of space usage frequency, common used space has the most distinct influence on territorial behavior and privacy behavior. The “Grade”, “Residential Floor” and “Roommate Type” influence territorial behavior and privacy behavior the most. Since there are rarely related researches on space behavior in Taiwan, hopefully this thesis, by studying of territorial and privacy behaviors, can provide an efficient reference data for research of behavioral science and physical environment in the future.
