高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之研究

摘要


高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之研究 摘要 本研究旨在探討高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之關係,其主要研究目的為:1.瞭解高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之現況;2.比較不同個人背景變項高職餐飲科學生在挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之差異情形;3.分析高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之相關情形;4.分析高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力與自我設限對求助行為之預測效果。5.根據研究結果提出具體建議,提供給學生、家長、教師及相關輔導人員做為參考。 本研究採取問卷調查法,並以「挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為問卷」為研究工具。研究對象為101學年南部日間部餐飲管理科二、三年級學生。共計發出750份問卷,有效樣本為584份問卷,有效率為77%,將所得資料蒐集以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析進行資料處理。本研究結論為:1.高職餐飲科學生挫折容忍力、自我設限與求助行為之現況屬於中等程度。2.不同性別、家庭氣氛、證照數、學業成績與挫折容忍力有顯著差異。3.不同性別、學業成績與自我設限有顯著差異。4.不同性別、家庭氣氛、證照數、學業成績與求助行為有顯著差異。5.高職餐飲科學生的挫折容忍力與自我設限能有效預測求助行為。根據研究結論,本研究提出對於學生、家長、教師與後續研究之建議 關鍵字:挫折容忍力、自我設限、求助行為、高職餐飲科學生

A Study of Frustration Tolerance, Self-Handicapping Study and Help-Seeking of the Students at Food and Beverage Management Department in Vocational High School ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study was to explore what the relationship among frustration tolerance, self-handicapping and help-seeking behavior of the students at food and beverage management department in vocational high schools. This study was to explore: 1. The situation of subjects students’ frustration tolerance, self-handicapping and help-seeking behavior. 2. The differences of various background variables in frustration tolerance, self- handicapping and help-seeking behavior 3. The relationships among frustration tolerance, self-handicapping and help-seeking behavior. 4. Frustration tolerance and self-handicapping predicts help-seeking behavior. 5. According to the results, suggestions for students, family and teacher were proposed. Data were collected by questionnaire survey. The instruments used in this study included inventory of frustration tolerance, self-handicapping and help-seeking scale. Participants for this study consisted in the 2nd grade and 3nd grade students in food and beverage management department in vocational high schools from southern Taiwan. Of the returned 589 questionnaires from a matrix of 750 questionnaires, 77% was valid. The data analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The situation of subjects students’ frustration tolerance, self-handicapping and help-seeking behavior had middle degree. 2. There were significant differences in gender, family atmosphere, number of skill certificate and academic achievement in frustration tolerance. 3. There were significant in gender and academic achievement of subjects in self-handicapping. 4. There were significant in gender, family atmosphere, number of skill certificate and academic achievement in help-seeking behavior. 5. Frustration tolerance and self-handicapping can significantly predicted the help-seeking behavior effectively. Based on the findings, suggestions for students, parents, teachers and future research were proposed.
