本論文主要以脈波驅動NICHIA NSSM016AT RGB 三色發光二極體 Light Emitting Diode ,LED 達到可變色及省電功能,並利用脈波寬度調變技巧設計一LED自動定光功率回授控制電路,並利用發光二極體隨溫度上升,順向偏壓下降特性,達成溫度檢知。利用脈波寬度調變補償發光二極體隨溫度上升而下降改變之光功率,達成自動定光功率目的。 分析自動定光功率回授控制下發光二極體的發光特性;包括光功率、流明、色溫、演色性之影響,經本文分析,在溫度改變情況下,自動定光功率回授控制除了可以有效穩定光功率外,對於穩定演色性的表現亦有相當不錯的表現。
This thesis is mainly based on the pulse drive NICHIA NSSM016AT RGB three-color Light Emitting Diode to the changing color and power-saving function, and the use of pulse width modulation techniques to design a LED automatically fixed optical power feedback control circuit.
