脈波驅動電路設計應用於白光LED自動定光功率之研究

摘要

本論文主要以脈波驅動NICHIA NSSM016AT RGB 三色發光二極體 Light Emitting Diode ，LED 達到可變色及省電功能，並利用脈波寬度調變技巧設計一LED自動定光功率回授控制電路，並利用發光二極體隨溫度上升，順向偏壓下降特性，達成溫度檢知。利用脈波寬度調變補償發光二極體隨溫度上升而下降改變之光功率，達成自動定光功率目的。
分析自動定光功率回授控制下發光二極體的發光特性；包括光功率、流明、色溫、演色性之影響，經本文分析，在溫度改變情況下，自動定光功率回授控制除了可以有效穩定光功率外，對於穩定演色性的表現亦有相當不錯的表現。

This thesis is mainly based on the pulse drive NICHIA NSSM016AT RGB three-color Light Emitting Diode to the changing color and power-saving function, and the use of pulse width modulation techniques to design a LED automatically fixed optical power feedback control circuit. The use of pulse width modulation compensation the optical power to achieve the purpose of auto fixed optical power.
Analysis light-emitting diode characteristics of automatically fixed optical power feedback control ; including optical power, lumens, color temperature, Color Rendering Index (CRI), This paper analyzes the case of temperature change, auto fixed optical power feedback control in addition to a stabilizing effect on the optical power, stable Color Rendering Index (CRI) is also quite good performance.
