本研究旨在探討臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者教育態度、學習滿意度與繼續學習意願相關之研究,主要研究目的有四:(一)瞭解臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者教育態度、學習滿意度與繼續學習意願情況;(二)分析不同背景變項之臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者在教育態度、學習滿意度與繼續學習意願差異情形;(三)探討臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者教育態度、學習滿意度與繼續學習意願之間的關係;(四)瞭解臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者教育態度、學習滿意度對繼續學習意願之預測情形。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法以進行研究,以2011年參與臺北市樂齡學習資源中心開設課程的學習者為研究對象,並將文獻資料加以整理,經由文獻資料、相關時正研究及參考國內外量表,編製出相關的問卷;正式問卷調查共發放441份,回收有效問卷370份,有效回收率為85.49%。 本研究參酌相關文獻與問卷後,以改編之「臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者教育態度、學習滿意度與繼續學習意願問卷」作為研究調查工具,並將資料進行信度分析、描述性統計、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關與多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理。資料分析結果歸納出下列研究結論: 一、臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的教育態度表現高程度,尤其在「重要性」構面最高。 二、臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的學習滿意度表現高程度,尤其在「教師教學」構面最高。 三、臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的繼續學習意願表現高程度,尤其在「良好誘因」構面最高。 四、臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的教育態度會因為年齡、教育程度的不同而有顯著差異。 五、臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的學習滿意度會因為性別、年齡與教育程度的不同而有顯著差異。 六、臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的繼續學習意願會因為年齡、教育程度的不同而有顯著差異。 七、教育態度與繼續學習意願呈正相關,以「重要性」最具預測力。 八、學習滿意度與繼續學習意願呈正相關,以「人際互動」最具預測力。 九、教育態度與學習滿意度各分構面中,其中以「人際互動」對臺北市樂齡學習中心學習者的繼續學習意願最具預測力。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among the attitude toward education, learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention of elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City. There were four objectives: (1) to understand the conditions of the attitude toward education, learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention of elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City; (2)to analyze the difference the attitude toward education, learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention of the elder learners with the variables of different personal background at active aging learning center in Taipei City; (3) to investigate the correlations of the attitude toward education, learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention of elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City; (4)to comprehend the prediction circumstances about the attitude toward education on continuous learning intention, and learning satisfaction on continuous learning intention of elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this study, which the subjects are the learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City joined in the 2011 year. The literatures were summarized into the questionnaire with the modified related research and similar scales. The number of distributed official questionnaire survey was 441, and the numbers of survey collected was 370 were collected, which is 85.49% of total surveys distributed. By referring to other literatures and the questionnaires, the modified “the survey questionnaire of the relationship among the attitude toward education, learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention of elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City” was applied as the research investigation tool. The collected data, was processed with the reliability analysis, the descriptive statistical analysis, the chi-square test, the one-way ANOVA analysis, the Pearson product correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The main conclusions of this study are described as follows: 1.The degree of the attitude toward education was high to the elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City, especially the dimension of “importance of education”. 2.The degree of the learning satisfaction was high to the elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City, especially the dimension of “teacher’s teaching”. 3.The degree of the continuous learning intention was high to the elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City, especially the dimension of “good incentives”. 4.The degree of the attitude toward education to the elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City was significantly different because of the age and level of education. 5.The degree of the learning satisfaction to the elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City was significantly different because of the gender, age, and level of education. 6.The degree of the continuous learning intention to the elder learner at active aging learning center in Taipei City was significantly different because of the gender and level of education. 7.The correlation between the attitude toward education and the continuous learning intention was positive, and “importance of education” has the most significant predicting ability. 8.The correlation between the learning satisfaction and the continuous learning intention was positive, and the interpersonal interaction has the most significant predicting ability. 9.In the dimensions of the attitude toward education and the learning satisfaction, the interpersonal interaction has the most significant predicting ability in the continuous learning intention to the elder learners at active aging learning center in Taipei City.
