教育訓練師對繼續專業教育講師教學特色之探究

摘要


在教育體驗服務的衝擊下,傳統的教學方式已不敷使用,教育訓練師如何因應此衝擊,轉型為具教學特色的教學,考驗著每位教育訓練師。然而國內對於這群為數眾多的教育訓練師之再進修原因、教學方式以及其將所學運用之情形皆未有概括性的討論。因此本研究探討教育訓練師參與CPE課程之動機,以及教育訓練師如何對CPE講師之教學觀察,最後將深入探討教育訓練師在CPE課程結束後如何運用所觀察到的教學特色於工作崗位中。故本研究目的分述如下: 一、探討教育訓練師參與CPE課程之動機。 二、瞭解教育訓練師對CPE講師教學特色之觀察。 三、瞭解教育訓練師參與CPE課程之後如何將所學運用在工作上。 為達研究目的,本研究採用立意抽樣的方式,選取仍持續參與CPE課程的八位教育訓練師作為訪談對象,並在非正規訓練機構擔任教育訓練師三年以上,以便做深入之探討。在資料分析的部分,則採用主題分析法,依循「整體-部分-整體」的循環架構進行。研究結論如下: 一、教育訓練師學習動機為「樂於學習」與「工作需求」;雖然每位教育訓練師學習出發點不同,但皆持續性自發性學習 二、教育訓練師透過再進修來維持教學專業形象,以避免學員流失 三、教育訓練師在參與CPE課程時,從教室行為的面向觀察到講師致力「建立雙向互動橋樑」,並「運用肢體律動營造幽默氛圍」,以消弭師生的隔閡;並在教學態度的面向感受到講師「教學熱忱」與「無私奉獻精神」 四、教育訓練師擅於運用「引導」與「體驗」等互動教學策略 五、教育訓練師秉持學用一致,將CPE課程所學皆運用於工作

While educating and experiencing personally the ministrant impact, the traditional teaching method has already been not enough to use, training officer how responds this impact, transform into the teaching that has the teaching special feature, test each training officer. However home for this flock of is to count numerous training officer again participation continue reason, teaching method of continuing professional education(CPE), curriculum and it all didn't have the situation of usage learned too generally that discussion. Although training officers have professional competence, they spend extra time for further study. It becomes the motive of this study due to there is no concrete and comprehensive discussion about this area in Taiwan. Therefore, this study is to explore the motive training officers participating CPE courses, how they observe the teaching of CPE instructors, and how they utilize the teaching features they observed in CPE courses into their own job. The purposes of this study are listed as below: 一、Explore the motive training officers participating CPE courses. 二、Understand the observation of training officers to the teaching features of CPE instructors. 三、Understand how training officers utilize what they learned in CPE courses into their own job. To achieve these purposes, this study adopts purposive sampling to select eight training officers who have worked as training officer for over three years and continued to join CPE courses as interviewees. In addition, this study selects thematic analysis with the hermeneutic circle for data analysis. The research conclusions are as follows: 一、The learning motives of training officers are “learning interest” and “work requirements”. Each training officer is persistent and spontaneous learning even with different motives. 二、Training officers keep professional image through further study to prevent from loss of students. 三、During CPE courses, training officers observed that instructor committed to “build interaction” and “use body language to build humorous atmosphere” to erase the gap between teacher and students. Further, they felt the “enthusiasm in teaching” and “selfless dedication” from instructor. 四、Training officers are very good at using interactive teaching strategy such as “guidance” and “experiences”. 五、Training officers utilize all of what they learned from CPE courses into their work.
