南投縣國民中學校長轉型領導與學習型學校之關係

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣國民中學校長轉型領導與學習型學校之關係。研究目的有四項,分別為瞭解南投縣國中教師所知覺國中校長轉型領導與學習型學校之現況;探討不同背景之南投縣國中教師對校長轉型領導、學習型學校認知之差異情形;分析南投縣國中教師知覺校長轉型領導與學習型學校間之相關情形;探討南投縣國中教師知覺校長轉型領導對學習型學校的預測力等四項。 研究主要採用問卷調查法。問卷內容包含基本背景資料、轉型領導量表、學習型學校量表。研究對象為南投縣國民中學的教師,取樣共400份,回收350份,有效樣本回收率為84.3%。所得問卷以SPSS12.0軟體,進行百分比、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計分析。 根據文獻探討、問卷調查分析與討論,本研究共獲致以下各項結論: 一、國中教師知覺校長轉型領導的情形趨向同意,尤其以「激勵鼓 舞」層面得分最高 二、國中教師知覺學習型學校趨向滿意,尤其以「自我超越」層面得 分最高 三、國中教師知覺校長轉型領導會因為性別、年齡、最高學歷、服務 年資、現任職務、學校規模、學校區域的不同而有顯著差異 四、國中教師知覺學習型學校會因為性別、年齡、最高學歷、服務年 資、現任職務、學校規模、學校區域的不同而有顯著差異 五、國中教師知覺校長轉型領導與學習型學校呈正相關,其中以「激 勵鼓舞」與「改善心智模式」的相關係數最高 六、國中教師知覺校長轉型領導對學習型學校具有預測作用,其中以 「激勵鼓舞」層面最具預測力 本研究依據研究結果,分別針對國中校長、國中教師、教育行政機關及未來研究等四方面,提出多項建議。

This study aimed to explore the relation of junior high school principaltransformation leadership and learning school in Nantou County. The purpose is to understand the situation of teachers having perception on the transformation leadership of the principal and the learning school, to discuss the differences of teachers of different backgrounds to the transformational leadership of the principal and the learning school, to analyze the relation of teachers knowing transformation leadership of the principal and the learning school, and to discuss the anticipation of teachers knowing the transformation leadership of the principal to the learning school. This study adopts questionnaire survey procedures. The questionnaire includes demographic data sheet, transformational leadership inventory and learning school inventory. Participants were 400 from junior high school teachers in Nantou County. Responses were 350. The response rate reached 84.3%. The data were processed by SPSS12.0 with percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA and regression analysis. According to the literature review the analysis and the discussion of results, six conclusions are drawn from this study: 1. The situation of teachers having perception on the transformational leadership of the principal tends to agreement, especially at the inspiration connotation. 2. The situation of teachers having perception on the learning school tends to be satisfactory, especially at the self-surmounting connotation. 3. The apparent differences of teachers having perception on the transformational leadership of the principal include gender, age, academic degree, seniority, job position, school scale and school section. 4. The apparent differences of teachers having perception on the learning school include gender, age, academic degree, seniority, job position, school scale and school section. 5. The teachers’ perception on the transformational leadership of the principal and the learning school has positive correlation. The highest correlation coefficient is the inspiration and improving the mental pattern score. 6. The teachers’ perception on the transformational leadership of the principal to the learning school has positive ability. Inspiration has the most significant predictive ability. Based on the results of this study, a number of recommendations for the following four areas are proposed: junior high school principals, junior high school teachers, the education authorities and the follow-up research.
