摘要

隨著時代的改變，少年虞犯的問題變得多元、複雜，且往往涉及多種層面。傳統上，著重於少年虞犯個案本身之處遇已逐漸不敷使用，且難以達到成效。本研究以南投縣少年虞犯預防評估小組為例，藉由結案之個案資料加以探究運用網絡合作於少年虞犯處遇之成效
本研究以選擇四名結案（其行為表現已不足以構成虞犯要件）且服務處遇紀錄亦完整之少年為研究對象，針對處遇過程中之文本資料使用內容分析法進行研究探討，由研究者和協同編碼者共同針對文本資料進行開放性編碼形成意義單元，再進一步將相似的意義單元形成類別單元，最後將類別單元匯整為主題，並分別撰寫四位研究對象之個別分析結果。
本研究顯示少年虞犯之行為脈絡多元且複雜；而網絡合作運用不同的資源與策略來穩定生態系統間的交互作用，並協助少年福利需求網絡之建置，從小改變引發大改變，使少年能夠穩定地成長與發展；而針對少年虞犯評估小組處遇之效益包括了外顯行為的轉變以及系統的改變。
最後，本研究根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議，以提供未來實務助人工作以及相關研究之參考。

The problems related to juvenile pre-delinquent prevention are diverse and complicated. Hence, it is very important to develop an effective intervention strategy for juvenile pre-delinquent prevention. In this study, the author explores the use of collaboration and the effectiveness of juvenile pre-delinquent prevention at Nantou Hsien’s Committee.
The author selected four closed cases (i.e., the individuals’ no longer exhibited elements of juvenile pre-delinquent behavior, and the service records were complete.) Content analysis was applied to the text data to investigate the intervention process. By working with co-coders, the basic data was changed to form an open coding unit that indicated the meaning. Then, similar codes were put in the same category, and all the categories were organized into a theme. Finally, four separate analyses of the study results were compiled.
This study shows that the context of juvenile pre-delinquent behavior is diverse and complex, and use of various resources and strategies to stabilize the interaction between ecosystems by cooperation. Small changes trigger major changes in juvenile growth and development, the benefits of the committee of juvenile pre-delinquent prevention, include explicit behavioral changes and system changes.
The findings of this research and those reported in the literature show that collaboration in intervention is an effective way for professional helpers to provide better services for juvenile pre-delinquents. The author discusses her findings and makes recommendations accordingly.
