本研究主旨在瞭解派遣人力經歷長期人力派遣工作之經驗後對生涯規劃的影響,從當初選擇人力派遣工作之因素、經歷過派遣人力經驗後對派遣人力工作之看法和最後整體經驗對未來生涯規劃之影響,做一邏輯性流程探討。本研究採取質性研究之深度訪談法去蒐集資料,共訪談四位經歷過長期人力派遣工作之派遣人力,訪談後針對所得資料進行分析,主要研究結果發現如下: 一、長期登錄型派遣人力族群,選擇人力派遣工作主要受到環境變 動、工作本質自我價值和家庭支持等因素的影響。 二、長期登錄型派遣人力族群,對人力派遣工作的看法主要分為負面 工作情緒、工作不穩定性、派遣工作的限制和缺乏情感支持等影 響持續換工作之因素及從此而衍生出的工作熱誠減低和自我能力 注重的個人心態。 三、人力派遣工作經驗對派遣人力生涯規劃之影響主要包括「社會變 遷」、「職場了解」和「自我實現」三大向度,並可以進一步歸 納出三個結果,第一,認知轉變-接受事實,彈性調整;第二, 行為轉變-積極學習,正向面對;第三,觀念轉變-重視自我,更 換效忠對象。 研究者根據上述研究結果加以討論,並依據此結果提供若干建議以作為派遣人力、專業助人工作者以及未來研究者之參考依據。
The aim of this research is to understand the influence of the dispatched labors on the life plan after experiencing long-term dispatched work. The researcher explores reasons for choosing dispatched work, opinions after experiencing dispatched work, and how the whole experience affects future life plan of dispatched labors logically. . This research adopts the deep interview to collect the data, which covers four dispatched labors who experienced the long-term dispatched work. The result can be as follows: I. The factors that affects the long-term dispatched labors to choose dispatched work are the movement of enviroment、the of the work、the value of self and the support of family. II. For the long-term dispatched labors: their opinions are consist of negative working emotion, unstable jobs, limitation on dispatched labors, and lack of workings peers’ emotional support etc. affecting constant change of career. In the end, it affects their working desires and professional self-image. III. Dispatched labors working experience vs. dispatched workers’ life plan include; constant change of society, understanding of working environment, and self-actualization. This will result in three different conclusions. First, accept the reality of ups and downs of job market and be flexiable with oneself. Second, adjust one's behavior, willingness to learn, along with right attitude. Finally, modify one's conception, be self-centered, in exchange for a new self. The result of this research will be further analyzed, and its result may offer suggestions and references for dispatched labors, the occupational helping workers, and the researchers to come.
