一貫道信仰者生命意義觀點轉化學習之研究

A Study on the Transformative Learning about the Life Meaning Perspectives of I-Kuan-Tao Believers

摘要


本研究的目的主要在探索一貫道信仰者參與道場活動對其生命意義觀點轉化學習的影響。因此,研究者採深度訪談的方式並輔以半結構式的訪談大綱來蒐集本研究所需的資料。透過五位道齡十年以上個案的生命故事描述,並加以分析與討論。研究目的包括:探討一貫道信仰者接觸道場的因緣、探討一貫道信仰者持續參與道場活動的動力、探討一貫道信仰者參與宗教活動後,對生命意義觀點產生的影響、探討一貫道信仰者參與宗教活動後,觀點轉化關鍵因素及其影響。 根據研究目的及訪談資料的分析討論結果,獲致下列八項結論: 一、 一貫道信仰者接觸道場的因緣,在於親人的牽引、同學的邀約、或是工作上的同事、客戶的介紹等因素。 二、 一貫道信仰者在道場參與的活動,有求道後的率性進修班、五年進修班、講師培訓班、講師進修班、壇主班、專題講座、十組運作等活動。 三、 一貫道信仰者持續參與道場活動的動力,在於道親態度親切帶來好印象、生命意義和使命感的驅動、在道場的學習提升了個人的能力、道場充滿了正能量等因素。 四、 接觸一貫道之前對生命意義觀點產生的看法,來自生命出現重大的打擊對人生產生懷疑、家庭內的相處出現問題感到身心俱疲、生活瑣事的困擾帶來負面想法、沒有生活目標不知道人生有什麼意義等觀點。 五、 一貫道信仰者參與宗教活動後產生的觀點轉化,在於從道親的支持產生利他助人的信念、從活動的參與過程中去反省而改變、改變負面思惟創造有意義的人生、對生死大事有新的理解等因素。 六、 一貫道信仰者參與宗教活動後促進觀點轉化的關鍵因素,在於改變過去的負面想法,提升內在的心理素質、懷抱使命與理想知道為什麼而活、建立修道的人生觀等因素。 七、 一貫道信仰者參與宗教活動後觀點轉化學習產生的影響及具體行動,在於用正面心態看人生,改變自我創造價值、成立伙食團、讀經班、父母效能班,互助與共學以提升人文素養等改變與行動。 八、 一貫道信仰者參與宗教活動後對生命意義觀點產生的影響,在於以渡化眾生為己志,創造不平凡的生命意義等影響。 最終,依據本研究之各項結論發現,分別向一貫道道親、一貫道發一崇德道場、政府相關單位及後續研究,提出多項建議。

The purpose of this study is mainly to explore the influence of the participation of I-Kuan-Tao belivers in the Tao activities on the transformation of their life significance. Therefore, the researchers used the method of in-depth interviews, supplemented by a semi-structured interview outline, to collect the information needed for this study. Through the life story of five cases of more than 10 years of Tao cultivation age, it is analyzed and discussed. The research objectives include: Exploring the causes of I-Kuan-Tao beliverss’ exposure to Tao、the motivation of I-Kuan-Tao beliverss' continued participation in Tao activities、the influence of I-Kuan-Tao beliverss on the life meaning perspectives after participating in religious activities 、after the participation of I-Kuan-Tao beliverss in religious activities, the key factors and effects of the thought transformation. Based on the objectives of the study and the results of the analysis and discussion of the interview data, the following eight conclusions were obtained: 1.The causes and conditions for the I-Kuan-Tao beliverss to join the Tao society, It is the traction of loved ones, the invitation of classmates, or the introduction of colleagues at work, customer introductions etc. 2.The activities in which the I-Kuan-Tao society are involved Tao seminar after receiving Dao, the five-year cultivation course, the lecturer training course, the lecturer refresher course, the temple host course, the special lecture, the operation of ten groups and other activities. 3.The driving force of continuous participation in the I-Kuan-Tao activities lies in the positive energy of the Tao member's cordial attitude, the drive of good impression of the Tao member, the life meaning and the sense of mission, the improvement of individual ability in the Tao society, and the positive energy of the Tao society. 4.Previous perceptions before join I-Kuan-Tao of the life meaning, come from the occurrence of major sufferings in life to the doubt of life、the feeling physically and mentally exhausted from problems with each other in the family、the troubles of life's trifles lead to negative thoughts、no life goals and don't know what life means etc. 5.The transformation of views generated after participation in I-Kuan-Tao religious activities, lies in the belief that altruism is generated from the support of the Tao members、introspection from the participation process of the event and then to change、changing negative thoughts to create a meaningful life、having a new understanding of life and death etc. 6.The key factor to facilitate the transformation of view after participating in I-Kuan religious activities lies in changing negative ideas in the past and improving the psychological quality of the inner、With a holy mission and an ideal to know why live 、Establishing “ the cultivate Tao of philosophy of Life” and other factors. 7.The influence and concrete action of transformative learning after participating in I-Kuan religious activities lies in the positive attitude of seeing life, Changing self-creation value, establishing the vegetarian boarding place、classes for sutra、classes for parent、Changes and actions such as mutual assistance and co-learning to enhance humanistic literacy. 8.The influence of participation in I-Kuan religious activities on the life meaning lies in encouraging and supporting people as our aspiration, Creating extraordinary life meaning and other influences. Finally, based on the findings of this study, A number of suggestions will put forward to the I-Kuan-Tao member, the I-Kuan-Tao society of Fa-Yi Chong-De, government-related departments.
