青年個人變項與對奬勵青年就業計畫的態度對其就業意願之影響-以台中市失業青年為研究對象

摘要


近年來高等教育高度發展,青年因就學延遲進入勞動市場,加上產業結構變遷,引起就業條件及工作型態轉變,改變青年就業觀念,轉職頻率亦相對較高,為探討青年勞工失業問題,瞭解失業青年就業意願及個人背景變項受政府奬勵就業計畫之干擾因素分析。 本研究主要探討台中市失業青年之就業意願,意欲探討台中市失業青年個人背景變項與奬勵青年就業計畫態度對就業意願之影響,同時也探討個人背景變項對就業意願之影響會如何受到奬勵青年就業計畫之干擾。研究對象為台中市失業青年20歲-29歲以下,利用問卷調查的方式,進行有效問卷共171份問卷。運用SPSS統計分析軟體,以描述性統計、信度及相關分析、迴歸分析等進行資料分析,獲得以下研究討論: (1) 台中市失業青年以男性之就業意願高於女性。 (2) 未婚之台中市失業青年就業意願高於已婚之台中市失業青年。 (3) 台中市失業青年對奬勵青年就業計畫政策態度會顯著影響其就業意願。 (4) 台中失業青年個人家庭經濟因素對就業意願之影響,會受到奬勵青年就業計畫政策態度的干擾。 (5) 台中失業青年扶養人數對就業意願之影響,會受到奬勵青年就業計畫政策態度的干擾。 因此建議政府在奬勵青年就業計畫的部份可在政策態度提昇這部份加強,本研究有提出影響失業青年對奬勵政策態度提昇的實際做法,可藉此提高就業意願,縮短待業期間,增進失業青年穩定就業的動力。在個人的部份建議失業青年可主動參與此奬勵青年就業計畫,也藉此讓奬勵金協助渡過轉職的適應期,讓自己對於工作上可以穩定於職務上的專注及學習,在新的工作上可以全力發揮,不要任意的去留而錯失好的工作機會進而穩定就業。 關鍵字:青年失業、就業意願、奬勵青年就業計畫政策、對奬勵青年就業計畫政策的態度

Therefore, the youth delay in entering the job market. Moreover, the transformation of employment conditions and work patterns have changed young people’s employment concepts. The frequency of job transfer is relatively high. To discover young people’s unemployment problem and the confounding factor of rewarding youth employment programs on young people's personal attributes, this interferometric analysis is done. The purpose of this study is to identify the employment intention of Taichung unemployed youth. Another aim was to discover the influence of young people's personal attributes how young people's attitudes towards rewarding youth employment programs affect their employment intention. The research objects are unemployed youths under the age of 20-29 in Taichung City. 171 valid questionnaires were received. The study was conducted by SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze data with descriptive statistics, reliability and correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc. The results revealed the following conclusions: (1) For unemployed youths in Taichung City, men have higher intention to find employment than women. (2) For unemployed youths in Taichung City, unmarried young people have higher intention to find employment than married young people. (3) For unemployed youths in Taichung City, their attitudes towards rewarding youth employment programs have a significant impact on their employment intention. (4) For unemployed youths in Taichung City, rewarding youth employment programs have serious interfere on their employment intention due to their personal family economic factors. (5) For unemployed youths in Taichung City, rewarding youth employment programs have considerable interfere on their employment intention due to the number of their dependents. Notwithstanding its limitations, this study does suggest the government should strengthen policy attitude. This study proposes practical ways to affect unemployed young people’s attitudes towards rewarding youth employment programs. These ways could increase the employment intention, shorten the period of waiting for employment, and increase the motivation of unemployed youth to stabilize their employment. Personally, I suggest unemployed young people to join rewarding youth employment programs. With the programs, young people can adapt the job transition. On the other hand, young people can stay focus on their new job and exert them self instead of changing their job easily.
