本研究之目的旨在探討藍領階級勞工職場人際網絡與之非正式學習經驗。研究問題有五:ㄧ、藍領階級勞工如何建立職場人際網絡?二、藍領階級勞工所呈現出職場中的人際網絡現象為何?三、藍領階級勞工從各種職場人際互動中所獲得的非正式學習經驗為何?四、藍領階級勞工如何獲得職場學習經驗?五、職場人際互動的非正式學習經驗對藍領階級勞工影響為何? 本研究採半結構式訪談法,經由六位藍領階級勞工分享其非正式學習經驗,以了解藍領階級勞工如何透過職場人際網絡獲得學習,及其學習歷程、改變、成長與反思。本研究結果發現如下: ㄧ、藍領階級勞工於職場上呈現同心圓式的人際網絡現象。 二、藍領階級勞工於職場中大多願意維持和諧的人際關係,但人際衝突仍須適時發生,而非一味地避免。 三、藍領階級勞工對非工作技能的學習多表現主動積極的態度,並具有高度的學習熱忱。 四、人際互動的非正式學習經驗有助於藍領階級勞工內在認知的啟發。 五、藍領階級勞工一方面透過人際間的互動行為,學習工作技能;另一方面則透過人際間的經驗傳承與分享,學習待人處世技巧。 六、藍領階級勞工缺乏對自我職業的認同感與信心。
The purpose of this research was to explore a study of blue-collar workers’ social networks and informal learning experiences in the workplace. The research aimed to answer five questions: 1.How did blue-collar workers to set up their social networks? 2.What were the appearances of social relationships of blue-collar workers? 3.What were the learning experiences that blue-collar workers get from various social interaction? 4.How did blue-collar workers get learning experiences? 5.What social interactions of informal learning experiences effect on blue-collar workers? The research employed the semi-structured interview approach. In order to understand how did blue-collar workers get learning experiences of social networks on the job, and their learning processes, changes, growth and reflections by they to share their informal learning experiences. The results of the study as follows: 1. Blue-collar workers appeared the concentric circles social networks in the workplace. 2. Blue-collar workers would like to keep the harmonious social relationships in the workplace mostly, but the social conflicts must still be happened in good time, not to avoid simply. 3. Blue-collar workers appeared aggressive attitudes learned non- working skills, and learned with enthusiasm. 4. Social interactions of informal learning experiences helps inspire Blue-collar workers inner knowing . 5. Blue-collar workers through social interaction behaviors to learn working skills; on the other hand, they learned to treat people and conducted oneself in society by inheriting and sharing someone’s social experiences. 6. Blue-collar workers lack of self-recognition and confidence in the professional.
