質性多維度分析應用於CommonKADS組織模型建構

摘要


時代的演進,我們已經從資訊科技的時代,漸漸演進至知識經濟的時代,如何將知識加以儲存、管理、分析與應用,成為現在非常重要的議題。然而,知識是一種具備「質性」特性的資料,以往的分析方法,多以量性資料為分析對象。因此,本研究提出一套質性多維度分析方法,質性多維度分析方法乃是一套專門分析「質性」資料的分析方法,可有助於從知識中,分析出知識的精華與核心。在本研究中,將會經由質性多維度分析方法,所分析出的知識精華與核心, 應用之CommonKADS組織模型中。CommonKADS組織模型是一套用以協助系統開發者或企業顧問了解企業的問題與機會、組織結構、工作流程、知識密集程度、知識掌握情形、知識資產等的模型,但在以往,所提出的CommonKADS組織模型建構方式多半以觀察、訪談、會議等方式進行,在過程常需花費大量的時間與人力。因此本研究提出以質性多維度分析方法應用於CommonKADS組織模型建構上,降低CommonKADS組織模型建構時所需花費的時間與人力,並提升CommonKADS組織模型內容的正確性,減少系統開發者或企業顧問進行系統導入或流程再造失敗之風險。

Recently, we have been from the information technology evolution gradually to knowledge-based economy. This is becoming a very important issue how to store, manage, analyze and apply knowledge. However, Knowledge is a "qualitative" characteristics of the data. Therefore, this study presents a qualitative on-line analytical Processing method. Qualitative on-line analytical processing method is a specialized analysis "qualitative" data. The method can help to analyze the essence and core knowledge. In this study, it will analyze the essence and core knowledge through qualitative on-line analytical processing method and applied to CommonKADS Organizational Model. CommonKADS Organizational Model is a model to assist system developers or business consultant to understand business problems and opportunities, organizational structure, workflow, and knowledge assets. But in the past, the process often takes a lot of time and human resources. Therefore, this study presents the qualitative on-line analytical processing method to develop the CommonKADS Organization Models. This study expects to reduce the cost of time and human resources to constructing CommonKADS Organization Models. And improve the accuracy of the contents.
