正念訓練的實踐──國小生活課程之行動研究

An Action Research on the Application of Mindfulness Training into the Life Course for Elementary School Students

摘要


本研究旨在探究將正念訓練融入國小生活課程教學實施歷程、學生學習之影響與其實踐之適切性。以南投縣埔里鎮某社區課輔班為研究對象,採行動研究法進行研究,研究結論如下: 一、正念訓練融入生活課程之教學歷程 (一) 正念訓練宜規劃連續教學時程,於每週進行實施。 (二) 課程規劃以靜心、專注力與覺察為教學重點。 (三) 教材設計以MBSR為基礎,結合生活課程活動。 (四) 設計探索體驗活動,輔以正念認知觀念的理解。 (五) 教學者須確定課程教學目標,活動安排循序漸進。 (六) 教學者扮演引導者角色,講解指令需條理清楚。 (七) 掌握正念練習指導原則,於關鍵時機進行引導。 (八) 教學策略彈性運用,提升學習興趣。 (九) 教室常規要求,宜採溫和堅定的態度回應。 (十) 實施正念日記與學習回饋單呈現學生學習成果。 二、正念訓練課程對學生之影響 (一) 學生學會靜心方法,於生活中能加以運用。 (二) 學生透過專注力訓練,能有效提升專注力與覺察力。 (三) 學生參與覺察活動,能覺察內在感受、情緒與想法。 (四) 學生懂得反省錯誤與感恩,能主動幫助他人。 三、正念訓練融入生活課程之適切性 (一) 正念訓練目的與生活課程理念相一致 (二) 正念訓練與生活課程活動相輔相成

The purpose of this study aims to explore the appropriateness of integrating the mindfulness training into the life course, the instruction process and the course effect on students' learning. Action research is conducted. Conclusion are as follows: 1. The Teaching Path of the Mindfulness Training in Life course. a. Continuous teaching hours is needed in mindfulness training which will be conducted in every week. b. The teaching points focus on meditation, concentration, and awareness in curriculum planning. c. Learning aids are base on MBSR to integrate the activities of life course. d. To guide to the understanding of mindfulness-based cognition with the designing adventure education activities. e. The teacher should have the direct teaching goals and the organized activities in sequence. f. As a role of guidance, the teacher must interpret the instructions clearly and logically. g. To keep the principle of mindfulness training in heart and to give the guidance in critical time. h. Flexibly perform instructional strategies can boost the students' learning interest. i. All classroom rules must be requested and responded by teacher with calmly and firmly attitude. j. To put mindfulness journal and learning feedback into practice can show students' achievements. 2. The Impact of the Mindfulness Training Curriculum on Students. a. Students learnt how to do the meditation and can be applied to their daily life. b. Through the training of concentration, students can enhance their concentration and awareness effectively. c. Students participating in the awareness activities can be aware of the inner feelings, emotions, and ideas. d. Knowing how to introspect and appreciate, students will often lend a hand to others. 3. The Relevance of the Mindfulness training in Life course. a. The propose of mindfulness training is consistent with the idea of the life course. b. Mindfulness training and life curriculum activities complement each other.
