本文的問題意識是:外勞在台的勞動狀況為何?而外勞逃跑的真相又為何?一般的論點認為外勞之所以逃跑是受人所誘因而逃跑,但這樣的說法忽視了結構面因素對外勞勞動狀況所造成的影響。本研究以越南河西省的某移民村為調查對象,根據曾在台工作的越南勞工訪談記錄,來瞭解外勞在台實際勞動狀況,本研究發現:政府的外勞相關政策制定才是造成外勞的勞動狀況發生影響以及逃逸的主要原因。
This thesis mainly concerns on: what kind of working environmental conditions which Taiwan has provided to those guest workers. And the reasons for those guest workers quit their original job to be illegal workers. However, such discourse ignores the structural factors which lead those guest workers to escape their original job .This thesis mainly explores the how guest labor policy parallel affects working environmental conditions and how it decreases labor's wills to stay their original job places.
