本研究在探討越南籍移工在台灣地區生活適應性與其生活狀況,主要之研究目的包括:探討越南籍勞工引進台灣中部地區的適應狀況;進行各項因素構面及構面準則之層級分析,探討各因素影響越南籍勞工在台生活適應之關鍵因素,包括個人背景,職業狀況,身心健康,社會與文化,人際關係。實證數據分析結果顯示,需要考慮之各項條件與越南籍移工在台生活適應性之影響變數前五名為「E1原生家庭狀況」、「D2性生活調適」、「D4居住環境」、「D1休閒與文化適應性」及「D3 政府法規與政策」。雇用越南籍移工之企業或人力資源公司,應當加強移工入台前之甄選工作與其職前訓練,過濾其背景與自身人格特質,減少其來自於原生家庭之干擾,妥善規劃居住環境,嘗試輔導並安排其在台之休閒與文化活動。中央及地方政府更應該適時修訂新法與調整政策取向,保障雇主、人力資源公司與越南移工三方之共同權益,避免人權爭議與工作剝削。
This research is exploring the adaptability and living conditions of Vietnamese migrant workers in Taiwan. The main research purposes include: exploring the adaptability of Vietnamese laborers in the middle of Taiwan; conducting a hierarchical analysis of various factors and standards. Discuss the key factors affecting Vietnamese workers' adaptation to life in Taiwan, including personal background, occupational status, physical and mental health, society and culture, and interpersonal relationships. The results of empirical data analysis show that the top five variables that need to be considered and the adaptability of Vietnamese migrant workers’ life in Taiwan are: “E1.Native family status”, “D2. Sexual-activity”, “D4. Living Environment”, “D1. Leisure and cultural adaptability”, and “ D3. The government regulations and policies”. Enterprises or human resources companies that employ Vietnamese migrant workers should strengthen the selection and pre-employment training of migrant workers before entering Taiwan, filter their background and personal characteristics, reduce the interference from their native families, and properly plan their living environment. Coach and arrange their leisure and cultural activities in Taiwan. The central and local governments should revise the new law and adjust the policy orientation in a timely manner to protect the common rights and interests of employers, human resources companies and Vietnamese migrant workers, and avoid human rights disputes and work exploitation.
