外籍移工在臺適應之研究

本研究旨在探討外籍移工在臺的適應(含語文能力適應、人格特質、生活適應、工作適應、人際互動適應及休閒適應)。本研究採用問卷調查法，以在雲林地區活動之外籍移工為研究對象。在取得問卷資料後，對資料進行統計分析，以描述統計、t-test差異性檢定、單因子變異數分析與Scheffe事後考驗法及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法分析資料。茲將本研究結果歸納如下：一、外籍移工在臺適應最良好的是「生活適應」、次為「工作適應」、「人格特質」、「語文能力適應」、「人際互動適應」，而適應最不良的是「休閒適應」。二、外籍移工會因宗教信仰的有無，而影響其在臺的適應。三、在臺灣的外籍移工，過去有出國經驗者比無出國經驗者顯著地適應良好。四、除了「人際互動適應」外，在其他各因素方面，非法外籍移工均較合法外籍移工適應良好。五、外籍移工在臺的適應會因國籍不同而有顯著的差異存在。六、外籍移工會因年齡不同，而影響其在臺的適應。七、外籍移工在臺的適應，會因教育程度不同而有顯著的差異存在。八、外籍移工會因宗教信仰的不同，而影響其在臺的適應。九、過去出國次數愈多的外籍移工在臺灣會有較好的適應能力。十、在臺停留3年以上的外籍移工較停留1年者有較佳的適應。十一、外籍移工在臺的適應，會因每月薪資不同而有顯著的差異存在。十二、外籍移工在臺的適應，會因使用母語不同而有顯著的差異存在。關鍵字：外籍移工、適應、人格特質、非法移工、合法移工

This study aims to explore the adaptation of foreign migrant workers in Taiwan (including adaptation of language skills, personality traits, life adaptation, work adaptation, interpersonal interaction adaptation and leisure adaptation). This study uses a questionnaire survey method to study foreign migrant workers active in the Yunlin areain. After obtaining the questionnaire data, the data were statistically analyzed to describe the statistical analysis data, t-test difference testing, one-way variance analysis and Schiffe's post-test method and Pearson product difference correlation. Third， foreign migrant workers in Taiwan have significantly adapted to those who have experience in going abroad in the past than those who have no experience in leaving the country. 4. In addition to "interpersonal interaction adaptation", in terms of other factors, illegal foreign migrant workers are better adapted than legal foreign migrant workers. 5. The adaptation of foreign migrant workers in Taiwan will have significant differences depending on the nationality. 6. The different ages of foreign migrant trade unions affect their adaptation in Taiwan. 7. The adaptation of foreign migrant workers in Taiwan will have significant differences depending on the level of education. 8. The foreign migrant trade unions have different religious beliefs， which affect their adaptation in Taiwan. 9. The more foreign migrant workers who have gone abroad in the past will have better adaptability in Taiwan. 10. Foreign migrant workers who have stayed in Taiwan for more than 3 years have better adaptations than those who have stayed in Taiwan for 1 years. 11. The adaptation of foreign migrant workers in Taiwan will have significant differences due to different monthly salaries. 12.
