本研究以 Kirkpatrick 四層次評估模式為理論架構,主要探討社區諮商師之課程訓練成效,包含「課程滿意度」、「個人專業能力」及「實際工作應用成效」,及不同背景因素對課程訓練成效之影響。本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為輔導與諮商研究所碩士班畢業生,且目前仍從事輔導與諮商相關工作者。研究結果呈現畢業生對課程訓練成效的看法,在課程滿意度、個人專業能力增進及實際工作應用成效皆有正面的評價,且雇主對畢業生之一般與專業表現的評價也很高。而在背景變項上面,除了過去是否具有相關背景外,其他背景因素包括性別、年齡、工作年資、工作領域等均沒有顯著差異。根據研究結果,可做為未來發展社區諮商教育訓練課程目標,及教育品質改進之參考。
By employing Kirkpatrick evaluation patterns of training effects, this study aims to investigate the effect of community counseling education and training. The relationship of level of response-course satisfaction, level of learning-enhancement of individual abilities and level of behaviors-actual effect of application are explored in the study and analyzes the variation between different individual backgrounds and each viewpoint on effects. A survey was conducted in this research. Taking the graduates of community counseling education and training as subjects and they are still engaged in guidance and counseling fields. Results indicate that the graduates have a very positive attitude towards the training program and the employers have positive evaluation to graduates of general and professional performance. The graduates have not a significant difference of opinions with regard to the individual backgrounds, in addition to if the past has the background and other background factors including gender, age, work experience, work areas, etc. The results are discussed in light of their contribution to the future design of education and training for community counseling to enhance community counseling service and quality.
