諮商師性傾向諮商勝任能力之調查研究

本研究旨在探討國內諮商師性傾向諮商勝任能力。以國內諮商師為研究對象，透過網路問卷發放，共收集有效問卷259 份。所得資料經過分析發現如下：（一）在性傾向諮商之知識勝任能力得分上，性傾向、同志朋友數量以及訓練階段之不同有顯著差異。（二）在性傾向諮商之態度勝任能力得分上，性傾向、宗教信仰、同志朋友數量以及訓練階段之不同有顯著差異。（三）在性傾向諮商之技術勝任能力得分上，性傾向、同志朋友數量不同以及訓練階段之不同有顯著差異。最後，本研究根據研究結果進行討論，並進一步提出建議，以供諮商教育訓練者、諮商心理師以及後續研究之參考。

This study explored the counselor sexual orientation competency. Participants are counselors in Taiwan. The research method is Internet questionnaire investigation. The total returned questionnaires were 259. The major findings of this research were as follows: 1. There were significant differences on sexual orientation knowledge competency among sexual counselor’s sexual orientation, number of LGB friends and level of training. 2. There were significant differences on sexual orientation attitudes competency among sexual counselor’s sexual orientation, religious, number of LGB friends and level of training. 3. There were significant differences on sexual orientation skills competency among sexual counselor’s sexual orientation, number of LGB friends and level of training.
