本研究旨在探討全職實習諮商心理師的心理資本與實習經驗滿意度的關係,以105學年度正在進行全職諮商實習之實習心理師為研究對象進行問卷調查,共回收130份有效問卷。所使用研究工具包含「實習心理師心理資本問卷」以及「實習經驗滿意度評量問卷」。所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關等統計方法,進行各項考驗分析。 本研究結果發現如下: 一.心理資本中的希望構面對於實習經驗滿意度有正向預測力。 二.心理資本與實習經驗滿意度有相關。 三.全職實習心理師之心理資本偏高。 四.全職實習心理師之實習經驗滿意度偏高。 五.同一實習單位之實習心理師在心理資本差異與實習經驗滿意度差異兩 者間無顯著相關。 六.不同背景變項在實習心理師的心理資本與實習經驗滿意度之表現無顯 著差異。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出對於實習心理師、實習單位以及後續研究之建議,以供參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between counseling interns’ psychological capital and the satisfaction of internship experiences. A questionnaire survey is conducted on the counseling internship in the 105 academic year, and got 130 effective samples to analyze. Instruments used in the study included Psychology Questionnaire for Counseling Internship and the Internship Experiences Assessment Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the procedures of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The result of the study were as follows: 1.The hope of the psychological capital is positive for the satisfaction of the internship experience. 2.Psychological capital is related to the satisfaction of internship experience 3.The performance of counseling interns’ psychological capital were on the high side. 4.The satisfaction of counseling interns’ experience were on the high side. 5.There is no significant correlation between the difference of psychological capital and the satisfaction of internship experience among the interns of the same practice unit. 6.There were no significant difference in the performance of psychological capital and the satisfaction on internship experience between the counseling interns’ different backfround. Finally, according to these findings, some suggestions for counseling interns, internship training sites, and future researches were proposed.
