本研究目的係瞭解實習諮商心理師心理彈性、實習壓力知覺與專業成長的關係。採問卷調查法,使用心理彈性量表、實習壓力知覺量表與專業成長量表三量表為研究工具。研究對象為全臺於各實習機構進行兼職與全職實習的實習諮商心理師,回收有效樣本100份。資料分析的方法包含:描述性統計、t檢定、Pearson積差相關、逐步多元迴歸、路徑分析。本研究結果如下:1.實習諮商心理師在心理彈性與專業成長皆為中上,而實習壓力知覺的程度為中等。2.全職實習諮商心理師的實習壓力知覺高於兼職實習諮商心理師。3.實習諮商心理師的心理彈性與專業成長有顯著正相關;實習壓力知覺與專業成長有顯著負相關。4.心理彈性的「承諾的行動」、「自我即脈絡」與「價值」等層面及實習壓力知覺「督導關係」層面可以有效預測實習諮商心理師的專業成長。5.實習諮商心理師之心理彈性、實習壓力知覺與專業成長間具有顯著的因果關係。
The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the psychological flexibility, the perception of psychological stress and professional development. The following conclusions were obtained after empirical analysis: 1. The internship psychologist is middle to upper in both psychological flexibility and professional development, and the degree of internship pressure perception is medium. 2. Full-time internship psychologists have a higher perception of internship pressure than part-time internship psychologists. 3. The psychological flexibility is significantly positively related to professional development; the perception of internship pressure and professional development is negatively related. 4. "committed action", "self is the context" , "value" and "supervisory relationship" can predict the professional development of internship counselors. 5. There is a significant causal relationship between the psychological flexibility , the perception of internship pressure and professional development.
