國民小學校長美學領導指標體系建構之研究

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在建構符應國內教育現況之國民小學校長美學領導指標及其權重體系,以作為校長美學領導實踐之參考依據。為達上述目的,本研究以熟悉校長領導學理基礎之專家學者及具學校領導實務經驗之國小校長共計三十人做為研究對象。首先依據文獻探討之結果初擬出國民小學校長美學領導指標;並經由專家學者小組與問卷調查法建構出國民小學校長美學領導指標內容,最後再以模糊權重問卷進行相對權重問卷調查,並運用模糊數統計分析以建立各項指標內容之權重。本研究結果所建構出之國民小學校長美學領導指標內容及權重體系包含七個層面及四十五項指標。而以美學領導的七個層面為例,各層面依其重要性排序,分別為「美學和諧溝通」(FRW=.152)、「美學支持行動」(FRW=.148)、「美學實踐趨近」(FRW=.143)、「美學真誠態度」(FRW=.142)、「美學創造應用」(FRW=.140)、「美學敏銳覺察」(FRW=.139)與「美學涵養表現」(FRW=.135)。最後,依據研究結果,提出具體建議,俾供國民小學校長、教育行政機關以及後續研究之參考。

Abstract The purposes of this study were to develop indicators and their weights for aesthetic leadership of elementary school principals that are practical to Taiwan’s current education situation in order to be a reference for aesthetic leadership for principals. To achieve the purpose, this study recruited 30 elementary school principals with practical experience as the research subjects. Based on literature review, the study first drafted indicators for aesthetic leadership of elementary school principals and then developed indicator contents by focus group of experts and questionnaire survey. Finally, the study adopt fuzzy weight questionnaire to survey the relative weights and applied fuzzy statistical analysis to establish the weight of each indicator’s content. The indicators for aesthetic leadership of elementary school principals and its weight system constructed by this research included 7 levels and 45 indicators. The sequence of importance in the 7 levels of aesthetic leadership were (1) aesthetic and harmonious communication (FRW=.152); (2) aesthetic support action (FRW=.148); (3) the approaching of aesthetic practice (FRW=.143); (4) aesthetic sincerity (FRW=.142); (5) the applications of aesthetic creation (FRW=.140); (6) aesthetic sensitivity (FRW=.139); and (7) the performance of aesthetic cultivation (FRW=.135). At last, according to the research results, the study proposed specific suggestions for elementary school principals, educational authorities and further studies.
