新移民之子同儕關係之研究

摘要


近幾年,有關新移民之子的研究大部分都是探討其在校學業表現,對於新移民之子在校的人際關係、自我概念發展探討的部分則相對較少。 在群體裡被孤立的孩子,內心其實都渴望擁有朋友,卻往往不明白問題出在哪裡?不知道從何做起?父母及師長應該協助孩子,找出問題並逐一突破,重新開展同儕關係。即使當不成人氣王,至少不必變成班上的冷空氣。 學校就像個小型的社會,是孩子練習人際課題的一個重要場所,人際關係課程雖然不在學校課表的正式課程裡,但在人生路上卻比任何一門認知學科都重要,所以我們應該更重視這樣的潛在課程,提供孩子正向、溫暖的學習環境。 本研究以三位新移民之子為研究對象,探討三位新移民之子家庭親子互動關係、在校同儕關係與自我概念發展現況。透過深入訪談,直接與研究對象的互動,「認識自我」課程的實施,幫助三位個案更瞭解自己,發掘自己的優點,善用自己的優勢,改善目前所遇到的人際關係問題。每個孩子都是獨立的個體。尊重個別差異,建立新移民之子的自信心,發現自己真的很不錯,也是本研究最重要的核心價值。

Recent years,most of the researchs on new immigrant children focus on exploring academic performance in school.The researchs for their school relationships, self-concept Development are relatively small. The children who are isolated want to have friends.But they often do not understand what the problem is and do not know where to start.Parents and teachers should help children with identifying problems and figure out them one by one.So that they new immigrant children can rebuild peer relationships.They might not be a popular king,but at least they won’t be a invisible person in a class. School is like a small community, which provide children with interpersonal issues. Interpersonal relationship is not formal curriculum in school,but it’s more important than any other cognitive subjects.Therefore, we should pay more attention on potential courses which can offer children a positive, warm learning environment. The thesis is based on three children of immigrant residents and try to investigate their parent-child interaction relationship、peer relationship in school and the development of children’s self- concept. Through the progress of in-depth interview、interact directly with research object and the implementation of “self - knowing” curriculum, which is helping children more realize themselves、raising awareness about their talent, and knowing how to use their advantage to improve interpersonal relationships. Each child is an independent individual. Respect the individual differences and help new immigrant children to establish the confidence and positive self-evaluation, which is the most important core values in this study.
