摘要


近年來無線感測器網路趨於發展成熟,成為今日不可或缺的技術,其在遠距醫療與健康照護方面有眾多發展。隨著人口年齡的老化,慢性疾病患者增加,病患平時的生理訊號監測成為醫護人員的重要參考,如何運用無線感測器網路技術在醫療檢測之應用是本論文的研究方向。本論文提出一個以Web為基礎的無線醫療檢測系統架構,在感測器端檢測出病患的生理訊息後,以ZigBee無線通訊技術將資料傳送到無線閘道器端,在無線閘道器端收到生理資料後便將資料轉換為XML格式,並將之送到後端資料庫儲存,醫護人員或病患家屬可利用網頁介面立即取得即時動態更新的檢測結果。 本論文系統採用ZigBee無線通訊架構,在系統實作硬體部份採用Arduino平台,結合Xbee無線通訊模組,完成無線醫療檢測系統。系統軟體實作部份,除了基本的Web應用程式外,並實作出具動態更新功能的檢測結果圖表,供醫護人員查詢觀看。

In recent years, wireless sensor networks become an indispensable technology in many applications especially in telemedicine and healthcare. As the aging population and chronic disease increases, there is an increasing demand for constant physiological signal monitoring of patients; the monitored data will be an important reference of health care. Accordingly, it is an important issue how to utilize the wireless sensor network technology in medical testing. This paper presents a wireless web-based medical testing system architecture. The sensor side of the proposed architecture collects patients’ physiological data and sends the data, via ZigBee wireless communication, to the wireless gateway side. The wireless gateway receives the physiological data, puts it in a standard XML message, and then sends the message to the back-end database for a centralized storage. Medical staff or patient families can use the provided web interface to immediately access real-time test results. The proposed system is implemented on the Arduino I/O platform, combined with the XBee wireless communication module. In addition to the basic web components, a dynamic chart of medical test results is developed to provide real-time inquiries to users.
