將情境感知應用於展覽場的互動導覽系統

摘要


隨著科技的進步,展覽場的導覽系統已從過去導遊、磁帶機或CD播放器講解的時代轉換成行動導覽的時代。目前行動導覽方式大都以RFID或QR Code的讀取來下載展覽品相關的資訊,如果展覽場處於較擁擠的情況時,就會導致下載困難甚至互相干擾。因此,為了讓行動導覽更貼近訪客的需求,本研究提出了將情境感知和ZigBee無線通訊技術融入到導覽系統中的一個架構,以標準ZigBee網路架構及協定結合無線區域網路連結展覽場地內的所有展覽品,訪客只需要手持導覽裝置於展覽場中移動便可得知附近展覽品的資訊,更可以透過手機或手持裝置和系統互動。透過ZigBee無線通訊技術的自動感測進行定位和蒐集訪客相關的情境資訊,藉此進行情境推理,系統可以幫助訪客篩選出訪客感興趣的展覽品,讓訪客可以即時獲取其感興趣的展覽品的資訊。本研究將手持導覽裝置裝載的SD Card匯入語音檔,手機以預先下載語音檔的方式來解決人潮過多時下載困難的問題,並將情境感知的技術融入手機的行動導覽系統中,讓訪客於展覽場中,可以依其情境利用自動導覽或手動導覽的方式,播放預先下載的語音檔,輕鬆進行參觀的活動。另外,還有互動的功能,只要一機在手就可以享受親切和便利的導覽服務。

With the advances in technology, the guide system of exhibition field is changing from tour guide, tape drives or CD player into the era of mobile guide. Most of the mobile guiding systems often use RFID or QR Code readers to download the exhibits related information. If the exhibition is more crowded, it will be difficult to do the work. They will even interfere with each other. Therefore, in order to make the mobile guide closer to visitors' needs, this paper applys context-aware and ZigBee techniques to the guide system architecture by standard ZigBee network architecture and protocol combined with all exhibits within the exhibition field of WLAN link. Visitors only need to handheld guide device to know the nearby exhibit information, and to interactive through mobile phones or handheld devices with systems in the exhibition field. Also, they can position and collect context information of visitors through the automatic sensing of ZigBee. Thereby, conducting this context reason, the system can help visitors screened the exhibits they are interested in, and visitors can get the information instantly. For our approach, the handheld guide device will load SD Card with voice files while the smart phone will pre-download the voice files to solve the crowded problems. The context-aware technology is used in our mobile guiding system to help the guiding services for visitors at the exhibition. The visitors can use automatic guiding or manually guiding which make their visit activities more easily. Also, it offers interactive service for visitors. With this guiding system, they can enjoy approachable and convenient guiding services.
