傳統機電工程業導入知識管理之研究:以M公司為例

摘要


由於全球化、新媒體、新資訊、新科技的發展,使傳統產業的生產可以服務業化、顧客導向化,管理彈性化;在過程中,業主需要大批具最新知識,能整合不同科技,具冒險精神,積極創新能力的知識工作者,以便不斷地創造新產品,滿足顧客的新需求,知識經濟時代由此而誕生。台灣經濟快速成長,生活水準普遍提高,無論是在產業界的廠房、辦公大樓、作業空間,還是人們居住的大廈、公寓、住宅等,都需要機電工程的施工;但機電工程的進入門檻低,基本技術層次不高,業者家數多,且多為中小型企業,競爭十分激烈,導致企業之間彼此殺價競爭,很難有良好的經營典範,此外,就水電工程的業務特性來看,工程管理的可變性高,不易量化,完全取決於技術人員的技術涵養,也因此使得核心技術飄浮不易掌控,競爭優勢不易建構;因此本研究以個案研究法探究機電工程業如何運用知識管理的流程來強化組織自有的能力以提升企業的經營績效;以「知識系統」、「網路」、「知識工作者」以及「學習型組織」,四大研究架構分析個案公司在導入知識管理上的運作;本研究發現在知識管理流程導入後不僅推動了組織文化的新氣象,且個案公司的組織經營績效亦日漸提昇,由此可確認知識管理在組織經營績效上是具有很大的影響程度。

Due to the development of globalization, new media, new information, and new technology, the production of traditional industries can be service-oriented, customer-oriented, and management flexible. In the process, owners need a large number of the latest knowledge, the ability to integrate different technologies, and Knowledge workers with adventurous spirit and active innovation ability in order to continuously create new products to meet the new needs of customers, and the era of knowledge economy was born. Taiwan’s economy is growing rapidly and living standards have generally improved. Whether it is in industrial plants, office buildings, work spaces, or people’s buildings, apartments, residences, etc., the construction of mechanical and electrical engineering is required; however, the entry barrier for mechanical and electrical engineering is low. The basic technical level is not high, the number of operators is large, and most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises. The competition is very fierce, leading to bargaining competition among enterprises. It is difficult to have a good business model. In addition, from the perspective of the business characteristics of hydropower projects, engineering Management is highly variable and difficult to quantify. It depends entirely on the technical qualifications of technicians. Therefore, it is difficult to control the floating of core technology and difficult to construct competitive advantages. Therefore, this study uses a case study method to explore how the mechanical and electrical engineering industry uses the knowledge management process. Strengthen the organization’s own capabilities to improve the business performance of the company; use the four major research dimensions of "knowledge system", "network", "knowledge worker" and "learning organization" to analyze the company's introduction of knowledge management Operation: This study found that after the introduction of the knowledge management process, it not only promoted the new atmosphere of the organizational culture, but also the organizational performance of the individual company was gradually improved. It can be confirmed that knowledge management has a great influence on the organizational performance.
