殯葬周邊產業服務創新之研究-以X公司為例

摘要


面對資訊科技的時代,傳統的殯葬業需面臨轉型。殯葬業如何結合資訊產業進行服務創新,是殯葬業者一直努力的目標。本研究旨在探討個案公司在殯葬周邊產業中運用科技化技術,結合電子商務雲端平台,進行服務創新變革的工作。研究結論得知: 一、 新科技選用上:運用「電子訃聞」、「電子芳名錄」、「網路喪禮直播網」、「網路祭拜」數種網路科技,結合電子商務,為家屬提供現代喪殯葬用品服務。 二、 服務創新:將殯葬周邊產品價格透明化,提供「網路祭拜」,節省舟車勞頓。設置「網路遺囑」,轉借專業人士,進行後續處理。針對骨灰罐不斷創新研發,以爭取市場。 三、 企業的社會責任:進行社會救濟,傳遞殯葬知識。參與社會公益,捐贈骨灰罐。宣導喪葬服務禮儀知識,協助家屬運用網路資訊,調適心理,對往生者無限追思。

Facing the era of information technology, the traditional funeral industry needs to face transformation. How the funeral industry combines with the information industry for service innovation is the goal of the funeral industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of technology by case companies in funeral and peripheral industries, combined with the e-commerce cloud platform, to carry out service innovation and transformation. The study concluded that: 1. The selection of new technologies: the use of several electronic technologies such as "Electronic Obituary", "Electronic Fang List", "Internet Funeral Live Network", and "Internet Worship", combined with e-commerce, to provide modern funeral and burial supplies for families’ service. 2. Service innovation: Transparency of the price of surrounding products for funerals, providing "Internet worship" to save the boat and car fatigue. Set up "Internet Wills" and professionals to follow up. Continuously innovation research and development for ashes cans to win the market. 3. Corporate social responsibility: social relief and transfer of funeral and interment knowledge. Participate in social welfare and donate ashes. Promote ceremonial knowledge of funeral services, assist family members to use online information, adjust their psychology, and have unlimited thoughts about the past.
