汽車貸款之經營模式分析探討之研究-以S公司為例

摘要


汽車貸款是一種申請簡便的消費性金融商品,在融資公司審核上,會較銀行個人信用貸款來的寬鬆。汽車融資公司,如和潤企業、裕融企業,結合委外行銷之模式,創造汽車貸款融資業務市場。汽車貸款融資服務範疇定義:凡與汽車融資相關之融資服務,皆可視為汽車貸款服務之範圍。汽車貸款在申貸者,車貸額度飽和之下,附加條件,提升車價額度,組合不同專案,提高放款業務,亦定義為汽車融資專案。 有關於汽車貸款論文,以研究汽車貸款違約風險、及汽車貸款授信,研究方法採羅吉斯迴歸模型分析、模型驗證、R.O.C分析、敘述性分析等,研究探討銀行融資端放款授信、違約風險等,鮮少用商業九宮格、五力分析法、SWOT分析法、個案分析法及個人的工作實務經驗,為融資公司之委外行銷汽車貸款經營模式分析探討之研究。並以商業九宮格分析,五力分析與SWOT分析法,探討企業自身之經營模式之研究。 本研究針對融資公司委外行銷,汽車貸款之經營模式分析探討個案公司,汽車貸款十餘年的經營模式,透過商業九宮格、五力分析法、SWOT分析法,以五力分析外部環境,瞭解到S公司產業競爭之狀態,以同業及融資公司電銷部,為最大外部環境競爭者。SWOT分析做為擬定經營模式,以資深員工專業業務能力、團隊整合能力、舊客戶忠誠度與信任度、連續多年績優經銷商嘉譽,具有優勢的經營模式,用矩陣分析,將企業內部因素與外部因素相匹配,確定組織可以追求的相關戰略,SO策略在業務需求量大的機會下,在優勢中抓住機會。ST策略在融資公司電銷部及同業競爭威脅下,配合三家融資公司專案躲避威脅。WO策略:不與同業競爭,抓住需求量增多而不受影響。WT策略:降低威脅減少劣勢,在同業競爭下,開發新客源策略增加業務量。以此研究提供未來欲投入委外經銷商之汽車貸款經營者參考。

A car loan is a consumer financial product that is easy to apply for, and it will be more relaxed than a bank's personal credit loan in the review of financing companies. Auto financing companies, such as Herun Enterprise and Yurong Enterprise, combine the mode of outsourcing marketing to create the auto loan financing business market. Definition of auto loan financing services: All financing services related to auto financing can be regarded as the scope of auto loan services. Auto loan applicants, when the auto loan quota is saturated, attach conditions, increase the car price quota, combine different projects, and improve the loan business, which is also defined as an auto financing project. There are papers about auto loans to study auto loan default risk and auto loan credit. , Rarely use the commercial nine-square grid, the five forces analysis method, the SWOT analysis method, the case analysis method and the personal work practice experience for the research on the analysis and discussion of the financing company's outsourcing marketing auto loan business model. And use the business nine-square analysis, five forces analysis and SWOT analysis method to discuss the research of the enterprise's own business model. This research focuses on the outsourcing marketing of financing companies and the analysis of the business model of auto loans to discuss the business model of a case company and auto loan for more than ten years. The state of the company's industrial competition, with peers and financing companies' electricity sales department, as the largest external environment competitors. SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business model, based on the professional business ability of senior employees, team integration ability, loyalty and trust of old customers, and the reputation of excellent dealers for many years. Factors are matched to determine the relevant strategies that the organization can pursue, and the SO strategy seizes the opportunities in the advantages when the business demand is high. Under the threat of the financing company's telemarketing department and peer competition, ST strategy cooperated with the three financing companies to avoid the threat. WO strategy: Do not compete with peers, seize the increase in demand without being affected. WT strategy: reduce threats and disadvantages, and develop new customer source strategies to increase business volume under horizontal competition. This research provides a reference for auto loan operators who want to invest in outsourced dealers in the future.
