本文以肯認當代台灣是多元族群與多元文化並存的前提之下,於歷史洪流中深受現代化與全球化空間任意流動移轉,人們可以隨心所欲自由遷徙,以及「四大族群」歷經長時間通婚與融合的流變,和大量交流互動等背景;對於「原漢雙族裔」個體若僅身處在單一族群文化的環境裡,是否就一定會認同其族群或文化深感疑惑!文中主要以「自我」經驗與反身性思考為出發,輔以新竹縣五峰鄉四個原漢通婚家庭的雙族裔子女作為深入訪談對象,試圖探討到底是什麼樣的原因導致原漢雙族裔於族群認同上的曖昧與矛盾現象,進而發現當個體受到外在情境與內在認知因素交互作用,以及特別著重於國家政策與性別因素二者的影響下,原漢雙族裔於日常生活中看待自身族群認同的過程,其實是存在著更多抉擇性與高度變動性的不穩定結構。
Based on the premises of (a) contemporary Taiwan’s multiculturalism, (b) the people’s migration in the historical context of modernization and globalization, (c) the cultural integration between four major ethnic groups in Taiwan. This paper explores whether or not Taiwanese aboriginal-Han Chinese biracial individuals have doubts regarding their ethnic identity if they are in a relatively mono-cultured environment. In addition of four in-depth interviews with subjects from the second generation of inter-cultural couple in Wufeng Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. This paper explore the author’s self-experience and reflection as auto-ethnography. This paper aims to discuss the causal reasons behind the phenomena of contradiction and ambiguity concerning Taiwanese aboriginal-Han Chinese biracial individual’s identity development. It was found that when individuals are being influenced by internal recognition and external situations, moreover, national policy and gender as interacting variables. The identity development process of Taiwanese aboriginal-Han Chinese biracial individuals present itself as unstably structured and yet to be decided.
