紐西蘭中等教師職前培育之研究

摘要

本研究目的在於瞭解師資培育開放後紐西蘭中等教師職前培育制度的變化，以當作我國中等教師職前培育制度改革之參考。研究方法採用歷史研究法、文獻分析法與文件分析法。根據研究結果提出以以下建議：一、設立不同機構分權負責師資培育課程審定、教師註冊及初任教師評鑑；二、建議初任教師接受導入輔導計畫；三、教師資格取得必須審慎規劃以確保教師素質；四、反省多元文化教育在師資培育的落實。

This thesis is to study on the secondary teacher education in New Zealand. Based on the studying results, some suggests are provided by this thesis: (1) the establishment of different institutions responsible for courses validated, teacher registration and beginning teacher evaluation; (2) beginning teachers take part in the advice and guidance program; (3) eligible teachers must be careful planning to ensure teacher quality; (4) reflect multicultural education in the implementation of teacher education.
