公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員工作滿意度與留任意願之關係研究-以南投縣國幼班為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討本研究旨在探究探討南投縣國幼班教保服務人員工作滿意度與留任意願關係,同時針對不同國幼班教保服務人員背景變項對工作滿意度與留任意願進行差異分析。透過問卷調查法與文獻探討,發現南投縣國幼班教保教保服務人員均為女性、年齡以 31歲至40歲者為多數、已婚者占約六成、有無子女各約佔一半、多不是本地人、多為大學學歷、多為幼保、幼教科系畢業相關人才、教學總年資滿5年以上者為多數。本研究採問卷調查法,本問卷分三個部份:個人背景變項量表、工作滿意度量表及留任意願量表;除個人基本背景採用名目尺度外,留任意願量表及工作滿足量表的問卷測量均採用Likert五點尺度量表計分。本問卷以SPSS23軟體統計進行分析呈現研究結果,包括效度分析與信度分析、描述性分析、單因子變異數分析、多重比較分析,研究結果如下: 一、南投縣國幼班之教保服務人員工作滿意度屬中上程度。 二、南投縣國幼班之教保服務人員留任意願屬中上程度 三、不同背景變項對南投縣國幼班之教保服務人員之工作滿意度部分有顯著差異 四、不同背景變項對南投縣國幼班之教保服務人員之留任意願部分有顯著差異 五、南投縣國幼班之教保服務人員之工作滿意度與留任意願呈現正相關。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and retention intention in the education and protection service personnel of the kindergarten classes in Nantou County, and at the same time, the difference between job satisfaction and retention intention in the education and protection service personnel of different national and kindergarten classes analysis. Through questionnaire surveys and literature discussion, it is found that all the education, care and education service staff in the elementary and preschool classes in Nantou County are women, with the majority being 31 to 40 years old, about 60% of the married persons, and about half or more of each with or without children. Most people who are not locals, mostly have university degrees, are mostly kindergarten students, graduated from the preschool education department, and have a total teaching experience of more than 5 years. This study adopts a questionnaire survey method. This questionnaire is divided into three parts: Personal Background Variable Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale and retention intention Scale; except for personal basic background using the nominal scale, Remaining retention intention and Work Satisfaction Scale. All questionnaire measurements are scored using the Likert five-point scale. This questionnaire uses SPSS23 software statistics to analyze and present the research results, including validity analysis and reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, single factor variance analysis, and multiple comparison analysis. The research results are as follows: 1. The job satisfaction of the education and protection service staff in the elementary and preschool classes in Nantou County is at a medium-to-high level. 2. The retention intention of the education and protection service personnel of the elementary and preschool classes in Nantou County is at a medium-to-high level. 3. Different background variables have significant differences in the job satisfaction of the education and insurance service personnel in the elementary and preschool classes in Nantou County 4. Different background variables have significant differences in the retention intention of the education and insurance service personnel in the elementary and preschool classes in Nantou County 5. There is a positive correlation between the job satisfaction and the retention intention of the education and protection service staff in the elementary and preschool classes in Nantou County.
