雲林縣國民中學教師幸福感與教學品質關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Teachers' Well-being and Teaching Quality in Junior High Schools in Yunlin County

摘要


本研究旨在探討雲林縣國民中學教師幸福感與教學品質關係之現況、不同背景的差異性與探究變項之間的相關情形,以及分析變項之間的預測力。本研究採問卷調查法,發放578份問卷,回收率為82%,有效問卷471份問卷,問卷所得資料以SPSS 19.0版統計套裝軟體進行項目分析、因素分析、描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關與迴歸分析等統計方法分析。根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、 雲林縣國中教師幸福感屬於中上程度。 二、 雲林縣國中教師教學品質屬於中上程度。 三、 雲林縣國中教師幸福感在性別、婚姻狀態、年資、學校規模等背景變項上有顯著差異。 四、 雲林縣國中教師教學品質在性別、年齡、年資、職務、學校規模等背景變項有顯著差異。 五、 雲林縣國中教師幸福感與教學品質呈現中度正相關。 六、 雲林縣國中教師幸福感對整體教學品質有預測力,以「成就認同」最具預測力。 根據本研究結果,研究者提出若干建議,做為教育行政機關、國民中學教師及未來研究之參考。

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the current status and the relationship between teachers’ well-being and teaching quality in junior high schools in Yunlin County. The study also discussed the differences between different backgrounds, the correlation between the exploration variables, and the predictive power of analyzing the variables. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used. 578 questionnaires were sent, and 471 of them were valid. The valid rate was 82%. Descriptive statistical analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis were processed by SPSS 19.0 to analyze collected data. The conclusions were made as followings: 1. The current status of teachers’ well-being of junior high schools in Yunlin County was in the middle-high level. 2. The current status of teachers’ teaching quality of junior high schools in Yunlin County was in the middle-high level. 3. There were significant differences of teachers’ well-being between different genders, marital status, and among different years of service, and different school sizes. 4. There were significant differences of the teaching quality between different genders, and among different ages, different years of service, different positions, and different school sizes. 5. There was a positive correlation between teachers' well-being and teaching quality in junior high schools in Yunlin County. 6. Teachers’ well-being can effectively predict teaching quality in junior high schools in Yunlin County, “Job achievement” has the best predictive power. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions were made for the educational authorities, junior high school teachers and the further studies.
