國民小學服務學習推動之研究

摘要


在未來的20年、30年,我們希望下一代如何對待我們,現在就應該著手先教會這些人如何為人服務。從小培養關懷社會、服務他人的胸襟與觀念,讓服務學習的理念向下扎根是一項刻不容緩的使命。期望透過學校的教育,以完整的課程的實施,培養出真正願意服務且有能力服務的人才。我們相信孩子願意做也做得到,他們需要的是內化的服務精神與學習動機,以及有效的專業領導和確實的實踐。 本研究旨在瞭解國民小學服務學習的推動情形,探究具體可行的推動策略,並依據研究結果提出結論與建議。為達上述目的,本研究採質性研究,對國民小學實施服務學習的推動者做深度訪談,瞭解服務學習推動的實際情形,歸納分析整理資料後,提出結論如下:一、正確清晰的理念,能讓服務學習課程穩健推行。二、熱忱主動的領導者,能落實服務學習課程的推動。三、協同合作的夥伴關係,能創造團隊奇蹟。四、在地特色的校本課程,能讓服務學習與教學結合。五、適切明確的推動方式,能移轉並延續課程的價值。 最後,依據以上研究結論提出對相關對象的建議為:學生要相信自己的價值及可能性、教師可透過漣漪效應感動生命、學校應開拓視野擴展學習場域、社會需凝聚正義共識邁向國際。而對於相關政策的建議則包括:應建立推動機制,透過經驗模組,提供多元典範;協助課程的實施與銜接,延續並落實推動;連結學校與社區或非營利組織的夥伴關係,開創可能性等。

How would we like our next generation to treat us in the next two or three decades? We should start to educate these people how to serve others. From their youth, we bringing up children’s mindset of social care and giving people our helping hand in order to establish the foundation of the concept of service-learning is an urgent mission. Through education in school and the full practice of curriculum, we expect to cultivate talents that are willing and able to serve. We have faith in children’s aspiration and ability while all they need is interiorized spirit of severing, learning motivation, effective leadership and practice. The purposes of this research are to understand the status of service-learning in elementary school level; to probe feasible strategy for the implementation; and to provide conclusion and suggestions base on research results. In order to fulfil these purposes, this research is qualitative through interviewing promoters of service-learning in elementary school level to understand the status of service-learning education. It concludes with following findings: (a) Correct and clear concept makes the promotion of service-learning education firm and steady; (b) Enthusiastic and active leaders can practice the promotion of service-learning education; (c) Cooperative partnership can create synergy by teamwork; (d) School courses featured in local characteristic can combine service-learning and teaching; (e) Moderate and clear approach for promotion makes the value of course transfers and persists. At last, based on the conclusion above, the suggestions for relative objects are: Students have to believe in their own value and possibility. Educators can inspire lives with dimple effect. Schools should broaden its horizon and expand the filed for learning. Whole society should condense the consensus of justice and step toward the globe. On the other hand, the suggestions toward policy are: Policy promotion institutions should be established and provide a variety of examples through empirical modes. Assisting the practice and continue of the course as well as implementation. Linking with the community or non-profit organizations in order to create possibilities.
