資訊服務業之經營策略研究-以K公司為例

摘要


政府推動「5+2」產業創新計畫,資訊及數位產業則是其中非常重要的一個部分,因應資訊服務產業在新興科技的技術發展快速的情況,政府持續推動各項方案,持續強化資訊及數位相關產業發展,讓企業從自動化、電子化、數位化到智慧化,積極推動產業數位轉型。 資訊服務業之資訊系統整合服務公司可以運用外部環境所帶來之機會,結合企業本身內部之優勢,強化核心競爭能力,掌握關鍵成功因素,擬定公司長期的經營策略,以提升公司競爭力。本研究之研究目的如下: 一、透過SWOT分析、核心競爭能力分析找出個案公司的競爭優勢。 二、分析個案公司的關鍵成功因素。 三、以平衡計分卡探討個案公司的經營策略。 根據SWOT分析及商業模式分析,本研究結果發現可以採用多項經營策略來維持競爭優勢,透過團隊學習來強化核心能力及專業知識,持續優化專案管理流程以降低專案開發成本、提升客戶服務品質,重新模組化現有專案及開發雲端產品,開拓新的客源增加營收。本研究建議個案公司應更專注於集中化、差異化及產品化的經營策略。

The government promotes the "5+2" industry innovation plan, and the information and digital industry is a very important part of it. In response to the rapid development of the information service industry in emerging technologies, the government continues to promote various programs and continuously strengthen information and digital related industries. Industrial development enables enterprises to transform from automation, electronics, digitization to intelligence, and actively promote the digital transformation of the industry. The information system integration service company in the information service industry can use the opportunities brought by the external environment, combine the company's own internal advantages, strengthen the core competitiveness, master the key success factors, and formulate the company's long-term business strategy to enhance its competitiveness. The purpose of this study is as follows: i.Find out the competitive advantage of the case company through SWOT analysis and core competitiveness analysis. ii.Analyze the critical success factors of the case company. iii.Discuss the business strategy of the case company with the balanced scorecard. According to SWOT analysis and business model analysis, the results of this study found that a variety of business strategies can be adopted to maintain a competitive advantage, strengthen core capabilities and professional knowledge through team learning, continue to optimize project management processes to reduce project development costs, improve customer service quality, and renew Modularize existing projects and develop cloud products to develop new customer sources and increase revenue. This study suggests that case companies should focus more on centralized, differentiated and productized business strategies.
