與你同行─支持團體方案對國小輔導教師工作困境與自我照顧之影響

Along With You-The Effects of Support Group on Self-Care and Working Challenges for Elementary School Counselors

摘要


本研究旨在探討支持團體方案對國小輔導教師工作困境與自我照顧之影響。本研究採單組前後測設計,研究對象為中部地區國小輔導教師共7名,對其實施為期8週,每週1次,每次2小時之實驗處理。研究者以「國小輔導教師自我照顧與工作困境量表」為研究工具,所得資料以Wilcoxon符號等級檢定進行統計考驗,以探討實驗處理的效果。此外,研究者整理歸納單元活動回饋單、團體總回饋單、團體歷程及焦點團體訪談等質性資料並進行分析,以作為研究結果的佐證及輔助。 本研究的主要發現如下: 一、 支持團體方案對於國小輔導教師之工作困境,在「國小輔導教師工作困境量表」上未具效果。在質性資料分析結果中,支持團體方案對於「工作負荷」與「人際互動」層面的正面影響,以及在辨識與因應各項工作危機能力的提升,呈現出豐富的資料。 二、 支持團體方案對於國小輔導教師之自我照顧,在「國小輔導教師自我照顧量表」之總分及「心理層面」分量表得分具有效果。在質性資料分析結果中,支持團體方案對於整體自我照顧行為與「心理層面」之正面影響,以及對其自我照顧的品質與態度的轉變,均有豐富的資料呈現。 三、 綜合團體單元回饋單、團體總回饋單以及訪談結果,可反映出支持團體方案之實施,獲取國小輔導教師之正向評價與認同,並持有高度的滿意度。 最後,根據本研究結果的發現進行討論並提出若干建議,以提供學校輔導工作者與主管機關,及未來研究之參考。

The study aims to examine how Support Group affects the working challenges of the elementary school counselors, and to develop suitable self-care strategy in accordance with the research findings. Applying the one-group pretest-posttest design as the research method, seven target audiences who match the criteria are selected from elementary schools at the middle of Taiwan, receiving a group counsultation two hours a week, for totally eight weeks. The research retrieves quantitative data both from the pretest and the posttest of the Working Challenges Sheet and Self-care Sheet, and processes the statistical analysis of Wilcoxon signed rank test to explore parts of research findings. On the other hand, accompanying with the Focus Group Interview and the feedback questionnaire, the study thotroughly collects qualitative data such as the perceptions of participation in the academic research as well, which significantly helps to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Support Group on self-care and working challenges. Consequently, three lines of findings are to be proposed as a result: 1. Support Group did not have counseling effects on the working challenges of elementary school counselors in Working Challenges Sheet. However, the qualitative data analysis shows that the positive impact of the support group on the facet of "Workload" and "Interpersonal Interaction". Furthermore, it presents with rich information related to the improvement of the ability to identify and cope with various work crises. 2. The support group had counseling effects on the self-care of elementary school counselors in the total scores of the Self-care Sheet and the scores of the "Mental Facet" subscale. The qualitative data analysis shows similar results that the support group had positive impact on the overall self-care behavior and facet of "Mental". Futherrmore, it presents with rich information related to the changes in the quality and attitude toward to their own self-care. Finally, suggestions for future study, and clinical applications based on results of this study were provided for researchers, school counselors and the competent authority.
