本研究旨在了解女性親密關係中的經歷,以深入訪談探究女性親密關係所蘊含的純粹關係特徵為何?釐清女性親密關係之所以貼近或偏離純粹關係的要素,找出女性親密關係與正向自我認同的關連性,進而由純粹關係去的反思學習找到女性的自主性。研究結果歸納如下: 1.純粹關係的特徵包含:經濟自主、正面積極的夥伴關係及以信任為基礎等關鍵因素。 2.關於貼近或偏離純粹關係這部分,此與女性被教養的方式及社會規範下的擇偶標準有關,但是最重要的是戰勝不合理連結,用自信處理問題才不會淪於成癮關係。 3.自我認同之建立包含:個人價值觀重整及利用內外兩種方式追求成長。讓自我刪去錯誤資訊重新做修正與設定,然後以較完備的態度去面對下一段感情。 4.純粹關係中的反思學習意涵,以建立初層次與高層次兩種自我認同,形構一種經由協商與修正後的獨特自我認同,讓關係重新賦予意義找到新觀點。 研究者期望透過研究結果,提升女性對自我之理解,進而在親密關係中找到自主性。最後根據研究的歷程與結果,研究者提出個人的省思與建議。
The purpose of this study is to understand the female experience in intimacy. An deep interview was conducted to explore what is the characteristic of pure relationship contained in female intimacy, and to clarify the factor why the female intimacy is close to or deviate from pure relationship, and finds out the connection between the female intimacy and positive self-identity, and female independence from pure relationship and reflexive learning. Findings are concluded as follows: 1. The feature of pure relationship: it includes economy independence, positive and active partnership and the critical factor based on trust relations. 2. In regard to the intimate or deviating pure relationship, it is connected with the way of the female being educated and criteria for choosing a spouse that under the social standard, however, the most important is to conquer the unreasonable connection, and using self-confidence to solve problem in order not to become an addiction relationship. 3. Establishing self-identity: it contains readjustment of personal values and making use of interior and exterior ways to seek the growth, deleting the error information, revising and resetting by oneself, then facing the next love with a complete attitude. 4. The meaning of reflexive learning in the pure relationship is to set up the initial-level and high-level self-identity, and build on the unique self-identity after negotiation and correction, make the relationship have a new meaning and find out a new viewpoint. The researcher is in expectation of being through the result of the study to rise the female’s self-understanding, to find out independence from intimacy. Finally the researcher will offer personal reflective thinking and suggestion according to the course and result of the study.
