本論文分為兩大主題,第一主題是研究對苯二胺衍生物藉由滴定不同 pKa 的吡啶以電化學方式形成氫鍵的探討。由實驗得知,此類化合物會受到吡啶 pKa 大小影響作用後觀察出有三種類型結果發生,分別是惟呈現平移趨勢、先消長趨勢隨後有平移趨勢以及有去質子化現象發生。 第二主題則是研究藉由不同的偶氮化合物當作受質滴定苯胺寡聚物,利用電化學與光譜電化學的方式觀察化合物經氧化後與受質產生作用的能力。由循環伏安法得知,當受質加入於苯胺寡聚物時,第一個氧化還原波幾乎不受影響,而第二個氧化還原波因受質濃度漸增,造成電位往負的方向移動。而在光譜電化學方面,顯示出不同 pKa 的偶氮化合物亦會影響相互作用力的強弱。
This thesis involves two topics. The first topic has been concerned with the electrochemically induced hydrogen bonding of interaction between p-phenylenediamine derivatives and pyridines with different pKa. In experiment, there are three patterns including the first and second oxidation wave shifted in redox potential, two resolved electrochemical waves, then one shifted wave, and deprotonation. The second topic has been on the electrochemically interaction between the oxidized of oligoarylamines and various azo compounds. In cyclic voltammetry, the first oxidation wave remained unchanged while the second wave shfits in redox potential in the presence of a receptor. Spectroelectrochemistry has been also revealed the interaction by way of the intensity of different receptor.
