臺灣中部地區寒假運動育樂營參與動機及滿意度之研究

A study of participating motivation and satisfaction for the winter camp in the middle of Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺灣中部地區寒假運動育樂營參與者參加現況,並探討不同背景變項參與寒假運動育樂營的參與動機與滿意度之差異情形及寒假運動育樂營參與者的參與動機與滿意度之相關情形。本研究採問卷調查方式,以臺灣中部地區參與寒假運動育樂營的參與學員為研究對象,以立意取樣抽樣方式進行調查。以「參與動機量表」及「活動滿意度量表」為研究工具,發出234份問卷,有效問卷195份,有效問卷回收率為83%。採用SPSS for Windows 18.0版統計套裝軟體進行各項資料分析,使用描述統計、單因子變異數分析用以考驗不同變項間的差異情形,如有差異再利用Scheffe進行事後比較,顯著水準訂為α=.05,並以Canonical典型相關進行瞭解依變項之關係。經統計分析後發現: 一、 透過寒假育樂營參與者背景資料發現,參與育樂營學員男性佔52.3%,參加級別中以國小學童佔有84.6%,初次參與者佔49.2%,參與體能王項目為27.7%,再者水上躲避球21%、獨木舟19.5%、登山健行及攀岩8.7%,活動訊息來源主要來自於親朋好友推薦佔60%,其次為學校17.4%、宣傳海報13.8%及電視廣告8.7%。寒假運動育樂營參與者參與動機構面依序為「知性的追求」(M=4.23)、「成就感需求」(M=4.09)、「健康與適能」(M=3.93);滿意度構面依序為「教育層面」(M=4.22)、「生理層面」(M=4.20)、「社交層面」(M=4.15)、「心理層面」(M=4.09)。 二、寒假運動育樂營參與者在不同背景之參與動機分析結果,在性別部分,男女生在參與動機無顯著差異,但各構面得分皆在3.87以上;級別部分中,國小、國高中分組在參與動機無顯著差異,但各構面得分皆在3.85以上;參與次數部分,第1次、第2次、第3次及4次以上之參與次數在參與動機無顯著差異,但各構面得分皆在3.87以上;參與項目部分,登山健行與攀岩、獨木舟、水上躲避球、射箭、體能王等活動項目在參與動機「知性的追求」構面有顯著差異存在,射箭項目大於體能王項目;活動訊息來源部分,親朋好友推薦、電視廣告、學校、宣傳海報等活動訊息來源在參與動機「知性的追求」構面,電視廣告大於宣傳海報。 三、寒假運動育樂營參與者在不同背景之滿意度分析結果,在性別部分,男女生在滿意度上無顯著差異,但各構面得分皆在4.02以上;級別部分中,國小、國高中分組在滿意度無差異情形,但各構面得分皆在4.06以上;參與次數部分,第1次、第2次、第3次及4次以上參與次數在滿意度無顯著差異,但各構面之得分皆在3.98以上;參與項目部分,登山健行與攀岩、獨木舟、水上躲避球、射箭、體能王等活動項目在滿意度「教育層面」構面得分,射箭項目大於體能王項目;活動訊息來源部分,親朋好友推薦、電視廣告、學校、宣傳海報等活動訊息來源在滿意度上各構面得分皆在3.11以上。 四、寒假運動育樂營參與者的參與動機與滿意度典型相關之參與動機中以第一組典型相關性最高(Wilk’s Ʌ=0.20,p=0.00,相關係數=0.87,F=34.74,特徵值解釋變異量為92.69%)。控制變項之典型相關結構係數最高為「成就感需求」之參與動機(相關係數=.98);效標變項之典型相關結構係數最高為「心理層面」與「教育層面」滿意度(相關係數=.94)。兩者間具有高相關性存在,因而在典型因素分析中結構係數為正值,其參與動機愈高,則滿意度愈高。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the status of the winter sports and recreational camp participants in the center region of Taiwan, and to explore the demographic variables between the participant motivation and their satisfaction in the camp; Furthermore, to investigate the correlation between the participant motivation and satisfaction. One hundred and ninety five valid questionnaires were collected in this study; Participation Motivation Inventory and Activity Satisfaction Scale were used as the research equipment. SPSS 18.0 statistical software package for Windows was used both for descriptive and inferential statistics. One way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to test the difference among variables; then Scheffe post hoc was further applied if there was significant difference after the analysis of one way ANOVA. The significance level was set at α= .05. Canonical correlation method was used to determine the canonical correlation between the dependent variables. The results showed as following: 1. The demography of winter camp showed 52.3% male, 84.6% primary student of participating level, 49.2% first time attending, 27.7% participating the king of physical fitness, 21% water dodge ball, 19.5% canoe, 8.7% climbing and rock, 60% activity message comes from relatives and friends, 17.4% from school, 13.8% poster, 8.7% television advisement. The dimension of participating motivation showed pursuing cognitive (m=4.23), the needs of achievement (m=4.09), fitness and health (4.09); the dimensions of satisfaction showed education (4.15), physiology (4.20), social (4.15), psychology (4.09). 2.Demography of winter sports and recreation participator for participating motivation: there was no difference between female and male for sex group, between primary and secondary school for grade level group, among first time to four times for grade group, but the total score above 3.87 by all groups. There was significant difference choosing archery higher score than physical education king, and advertisement higher score than poster on the pursing cognitive level for participating motivation dimension. 3. Demography of winter sports and recreation participator for achievement: there was no difference between female and male for sex group, between primary and secondary school for grade level group, among first time to four times for grade group, but the total score above 3.98 by all groups. There was significant difference choosing archery higher score than physical education king on education level for participating motivation dimension. 4. The canonical correlation between participating motivation and satisfaction for participator for the winter sport and recreational camp. The higher coefficient of canonical correlation was the needs of achievement on participating motivation dimension and the psychology and education levels also had higher coefficient on satisfaction dimension. There was a higher positive correlation of participating motivation and higher satisfaction in this study.
