超音波組件之高電壓電路設計及實現

摘要


本研究主要目的方向為超音波組合元件之高電壓電路研製,其中包括此超音波組合元件系統的訊號產生電路、輸入輸出級、變壓器耦合,並規劃兩大架構執行與實現,首先透過阻抗分析儀LCR-6420分析超音波組合元件,分析超音波組合元件裡的材料等效電路,選擇電路設計一A類功率放大器以脈波/直流調變功率驅動變壓器與超音波組合元件上達到工作頻率的調變,輸出端透過變壓器提升電流電壓驅動線圈與阻抗匹配電路設計將有效能量功率傳送到超音波組合元件上。 驅動電路設計中將量測分析後的特性之等效電路來設計於高電壓電路中,並結合時間控制、電源控制、功率大小調變與回授控制運用在適當的諧振頻率與工作週期,並使其驅動系統中,電功率以及組件功率相互匹配以至達到最佳化效果輸出。 在本研究中並將超音波組合元件量測及高電壓驅動電路設計組合匹配起來,運用在不同液體黏稠度中,頻率對霧化顆粒大小相關性及功率對液體密度大小關係,液體在超音波組合元件的表面處霧化,產生連續的液體流,來測試最大流速與超音波組合元件表面溫度,應用於工業用行業或其他應用領域,將所實驗出來數據結果及比較,規劃出系統規格優勢,完成超音波組件之高電壓電路設計及實現。

The main purpose of this study is to develop the high voltage circuit of the ultrasonic composite assembly, including the signal generating circuit, input and output stage, transformer coupling of the ultrasonic assembly system, and to plan the implementation and implementation of the two architectures, first through the Impedance Analyzer LCR-6420 Analyze the Ultrasonic assembly component, analyze the material equivalent circuit in the ultrasonic combination assembly, select the circuit design one class A power amplifier with pulse wave / DC variable power transformer and ultrasonic composite assembly to achieve the operating frequency of the modulation, the output end through the transformer to promote the current voltage drive coil and impedance matching circuit design to transmit effective energy power to the ultrasonic assembly. In the design of the drive circuit, the equivalent circuit of the characteristic after the measurement analysis is designed in the high voltage circuit. Combined with time control, power control, power minor change and back control, it is applied to the appropriate resonant frequency and working period, and the power and components are matched to achieve the optimal output in the driving system. In This study, the ultrasonic combination component measurement and high voltage drive circuit design combinations are matched, and the relationship between the atomization particle size and the power to the liquid density is applied in the viscosity of different liquids , The liquid is atomized on the surface of the ultrasonic composite assembly, producing a continuous droplet flow, to test the surface temperature of the maximum flow rate and the ultrasonic composite assembly, used in industrial industry or other application areas, the results of the experimental data and comparison, to plan the advantages of system specifications, complete the design and realization of high voltage circuit of ultrasonic component.
