臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施之研究

本研究旨在瞭解臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施之現況。本研究以「臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施之研究調查問卷」為研究工具，針對台灣地區公立國民中小學教師進行調查，問卷有效回收755份，可用率75.50％。調查所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析，得到若干研究結果，據此對主管教育行政機關、國民中小學及未來研究者提出參考建議。依據調查問卷資料分析，本研究獲致結論如下：一、臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施之現況方面（一）臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施之影響因素以「文化層面」最高。（二）臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施之衍生問題以「經濟負荷」最高。二、不同性別及服務年資之國民中小學教師，於知覺教科書政策實施影響因素上有所差異。（一）女性教師對教科書政策實施影響因素之文化層面知覺程度高於男性教師。（二）服務年資未滿5年教師，對教科書政策實施影響因素之整體知覺程度，高於滿5年未滿10年及15年以上之教師。三、不同性別、現任職務、學校類別及學校規模之國民中小學教師，於知覺教科書政策實施衍生問題上有所差異。（一）男性教師對教科書政策實施衍生問題之選用方式知覺程度高於女性教師。（二）級任教師對教科書政策實施衍生問題之學習負擔知覺程度高於兼任行政之教師。（三）國小教師對教科書政策實施衍生問題之一綱多本、升學壓力、學習負擔及整體知覺程度高於國中教師。（四）學校規模49班以上之教師對教科書政策實施衍生問題之一綱多本、學習負擔及經濟負荷知覺程度高於13-48班之教師。四、臺灣地區國民中小學教科書政策實施影響因素與衍生問題具有相關性。

The purpose of this study was to understand the present situation of the textbook policy implementation in elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan. The study used a survey named “The questionnaire on the implementation of textbook policy in elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan”. This questionnaire was aimed at the teachers in public elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan. The valid questionnaires were 755, and the valid rate was 75.50％. After all, the study used descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation to analysis the data and gained some research results. The results of research could provide some suggestions for the educational administration agencies, elementary schools, junior high schools and future researchers. According to the results of data analysis, the main findings were as follows: Ⅰ. The present situation of the implementation of textbook policy in elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan: 1. The “cultural perspective” was the highest influencing factor of textbook policy implementation in elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan. 2. The “economic load” was the highest derivative question of textbook policy implementation in elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan. Ⅱ. The teachers of elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan showed difference in the influencing factors of textbook policy implementation, because the different gender, and severing years. Ⅲ. The teachers of elementary and junior high schools in Taiwan showed difference in the derivative questions of textbook policy implementation, because the different gender, incumbent job, category of the school, and scale of the school. Ⅳ. The influencing factors of textbook policy implementation were related to the derivative questions of textbook policy implementation.
