光譜儀分析飲品中DOP含量檢測及研究

摘要


本論文研究為利用紅外線光譜儀來檢測飲品中是否含有DOP(塑化劑)及討論是否能使用光譜儀當檢測DOP(塑化劑)的儀器。塑化劑風暴曾席捲全台,造成人心惶恐。從最先的飲料、粉劑、錠劑等食品,吹向糕餅烘焙業,如雪球般愈滾愈大、一發不可收拾,越來越多食品可能受到污染,引起各界恐慌。該如何有效防止黑心食品進入我們的生活圈乃是我們首要該學習的科目。如此現在的我們及下一代才會有健康及豐富的人生。 本實驗是以純水當作飲品然後加入不同體積的DOP(鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯)當塑化劑,充分的混合後再利用紅外線光譜儀進行檢測。依透光強度來判定飲品中是否含有塑化劑及其含量多寡。如此消費者可先利用光譜儀自行把關飲品是否含有塑化劑,降低因食安問題影響的風險。

This paper studies the use of infrared spectrometer to detect whether the beverage contains Plasticizer (DOP) and discuss whether the use of spectrometers can detect Plasticizer (DOP) instruments. Plasticizer storm has swept the whole Taiwan, causing people fear. From the first drink, powder and lozenges and other food, blown to the pastry baking industry, such as snowballs as more and more big, out of control, more and more food may be contaminated, causing panic. How to effectively prevent the black heart of food into our living circle is our primary study of the subject. So now we and the next generation will have a healthy and rich life. This experiment is based on pure water as a drink and then add different volumes of Di-n-octyl Phthalate(DOP) when the plasticizer, the full mixing and then use infrared spectrometer for testing. According to the light intensity to determine whether the beverage contains plasticizer and its content. So that consumers can use the spectrometer to check whether the beverage itself contains plasticizers, reduce the risk of food security risks.
