Based on these trends, people suffering from cancer have been increasing and drug development company has been paying more and more attention on drug development. Therefore, the aim of this study is to develop a device to real-time monitor the changes of cell during cell culture based on bioimpedance technique. The device is composed of hardware and software. The hardware includes a bioimpedance measurement circuit, analog-to-digital converter, multiplexer, microcontroller and a USB interface. Results should that the device is accurate.
