摘要 本研究主要目的,是瞭解讀經教育,在宗教組織道務經營上的功能與角色,並探討讀經教育對於宗教組織的影響力,如何透過經營管理,加以發揮和呈現。本研究採用質性研究方法,透過半結構式訪談12位參與讀經教育推動的宗教組織成員,研究發現如下: 一、讀經教育的推動,對於宗教組織而言,可以發揮內部青年人才的栽培凝聚、外部社會人才的媒介引進、以及道場教化宗旨的斧正確立等功效,對於宗教組織道務經營的永續與發展,具有長遠且正面的影響力量。 二、宗教組織的領導幹部,對於讀經教育的推動,必須先行凝聚共識,並將相關的決議,經常性地對組織全體成員加以宣導,並且應嘗試以專責的團隊,來執行讀經教育的推展,如此,則讀經教育對於宗教組織道務經營上的正面影響力量,才能完整而具體地呈現。 基於上述研究的發現,對於宗教型非營利組織,在讀經教育的推動,提出具體之 建議,以供各宗教組織所屬之讀經教育推動人員,作為參考,希望能對其道務經營的 永續與發展,發揮更為正向之影響。
Abstract The main purpose of this study is to understand the funtions and roles of classics-reading education on the management of religious organizations, and to explore how the effect of classics-reading education for religious organizations to play and show through management. In this study, the qualitative research method was used and 12 members of religious organization who had been participated in classics-reading education were interviewed through semi-structured interviews. The research results are listed as follows: 1. For the purposes of religious organizations, the promoting of classics-reading education can play inside young talents cultivation cohesion, external introduction of social talents, as well as the establishment of religious enlightment. For the sustainable management and development of religious organizations, classics-reading education have long-term positive impact strength. 2. Leaders of religious organizations must first reach a consensus to promote classics-reading education, and regularly advocacy the resolutions to all members of organization. Leaders should try to choose a dedicated team to take forward classics-reading education. Thus, the positive influence of classics-reading education on religious organizations must be present completely. Based on the above research results, this study has provided specific recommendations for religious organizations, hoping to be used as a reference for the promoting of classics-reading education.
