泰國觀光產業發展策略之研究(1997-2006)

本研究以1997年開始後十年泰國觀光的策略的規劃及政策的制定為探討的主軸，並將這些策略和政策與現行泰國相關觀光政策進行比較，可以從中發現各項政策的後續發展，及如何配合大環境轉變觀光策略。另外，也將1997年至2006年的環境變因放入討論，更能了解當時環境和策略及政策相互之間的影響。本文想回答的問題：一、1997年至2006年十年間泰國觀光發展策略及政策的重要性，各項決策對泰國往後觀光成功發展的影響有哪些？二、1997年至2006年泰國面臨各國內外事件，對泰國觀光造成的影響？是危機還是轉機？泰國政府是否做出適當的政策轉變或規畫來化解危機？根據各項文獻探討1997年亞洲金融危機是泰國觀光產業化危機為轉機，奠定當代泰國觀光產業基礎的重要時期，並期待在研究泰國觀光進行相關策略的分析了解後，能更加對泰國文化有所了解，更明白泰國政府對觀光的策略佈局及各項政策的意義及未來發展。

This study is based on the planning of Thailand’s tourism strategy and the formulation of policy for the decade after 1997. Comparing these strategies and policies with the existing Thailand-related tourism policy, which could be found the follow-up development of the policies, and How to cooperate with the environment to change the tourism strategy. In addition, the environmental change from 1997 to 2006 will be discussed, it will be easy to understand that the impact of the environment and strategies and policies. This article would like to answer these question: 1. What is the importance of Thailand's tourism development strategy and policy between 1997 and 2006? What are the implications of the strategies and policies for the Thailand’s successful tourism development? 2. What kind of the impact of Thailand’s tourism when Thailand is facing a lot of domestic and foreign events? Does the Thai government make appropriate policy changes or plans to resolve the crisis? According to the literature, the 1997 Asian financial crisis is the turnaround of tourism industry in Thailand, it is an important period for Thai tourism industry. And the study is looking forward to understanding Thailand’s tourism relevant strategies, could be more understand about the Thai culture, and understand the Thai government's strategic layout of tourism, the significance of the policy and future development.
