摘要

台灣在80年代，因為美國矽谷代工而使得電子業蓬勃發展帶動了水處理行業因應而生，從而普及到家庭飲用水產業，而其現今全球水資源市場經濟規模已達到7000億美元的產值，預估在2025年會達到1.2兆美元，而其中上水處理設備及產品現今也有600億美元,成長幅度及市場相當驚人,甚至都比通信及醫療產業還大，但鑒於國内大專院校並沒有相關的科系培育優秀的人才，頂多在環工及化學系所上淺入的研究及探討,且在ECFA(海峽兩岸經濟合作架構協議)上並未列入此一產業的早收清單，而且國內業界也都以中小企業為主，每家業者都以實務經驗及少數資源進行開發、設計、創新、研究、開模、生產及銷售，其中百分之八十是以外銷為導向，是一般典型的島國貿易經濟，在這麼兢爭的大環境下實屬不易，本研究分析了A公司改變了現有的上水處理的技術及應用，導入波特五力及SWOT分析表距，進而探討如何節能並帶動產業升級，並且在深度訪談獲得實證與結論，並對產業及政府提出建議，而研究的限制與未來方向提供參考，為下一代子孫珍惜現有的水資源，是企業在追求以營利為目標下，所應盡的社會責任。

In Taiwan 80s, America California Silicon Valley start OEM businesses making electronic industry flourish quickly. Water treatment also follow this step quick expend. Therefore, residential water system popularize to most family. Today the Global Water Market already reaches to USD 700 Billion per year estimate 2025 will be USD 1200 billion. Water treatment equipment and product also USD 60 billion per year. Market share & business growth up are so huge much better than communication business and medical business.

In consideration of Taiwan University there are no relate water treatment lesson, only discuss few lesson in environmental engineering or chemical class. In addition, the ECFA (Taiwan & China Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement) also did not discuss water treatment business on prior basis. Taiwan water treatment business is working by small & middle business company. They usually work by themselves to make design, create, study, mold design, produce, and sales without government help or cooperation. The total sales about 80% is export which is typical island countries business. In this global competition environment, Taiwan water treatment business is very tough to work.

This research major analyzes the current water treatment technical & application. In addition, these studies combine Michael Porter's Five Forces Model & SWOT analysis to discuss how to save energy and expend the water treatment business. It obtained the empirical and conclusions in depth interviews, and it gave the suggestion to industry and government. On the other hand, the limitation of study and future direction are focused on water treatment that will make our next generation to treasure our water resource. This is every water business enterprise not only face on profit bust also respect our water resource.
