本論文提出利用光譜儀針對日常人們所飲用豆漿進行檢測是否為基因改造,由於近兩年台灣食安問題層出不窮,而基因改造其造成的影響現在看來雖然是未知數,但有可能會繁衍出新的動植物疾病、癌症來源以及新的傳染病。由於一般食品檢測需送樣至專門機構檢測,檢驗費用昂貴,且等待時間較長,而對於食安檢測的問題必須簡單且快速,在此前提下,利用光譜儀能分析溶液透光差異的特性,針對兩種不同廠牌的基因改造黃豆以及兩種不同廠牌的非基改黃豆,四種廠牌所製作的豆漿反覆進行實驗,利用統計學當中的t檢定來進行數據分析,找出在特定波長下,能有效分辨基因改造豆漿與非基因改造豆漿當中的差異性,因此能夠確定使用光譜儀進行基因改造豆漿以及非基因改造豆漿的分辨是有效的。
This study proposed the use of spectrometer to determine whether soymilk is made from genetic soy bean. Recently, Taiwan has been facing the food safety problem. Although there is no evident to prove that genetic soy bean has bad effect on human, new plant diseases, cancer and infectious disease may be induced. In general, food safety inspection is performed by specialized agencies, but it is expensive and time consuming. Therefore, this study aimed to use spectrometer to distinguish normal and genetic soy beans. Results show that they can be distinguished at a specific wavelength.
