珠寶與古董消費行為與經營模式之研究:以瑋立珠寶古董有限公司為例

摘要


珠寶與古董產業的發展,是國家經濟實力的指標。一個國家經濟體質達到一定水準,人民衣食無缺生活優渥,才會產生珠寶古董的消費行為。珠寶與古董之藝術價值,更是傳承文化的重要資產。 本研究以從事30年經營「珠寶古董複合經營模式」經驗之背景,探討客戶之消費行為,和經營模式之研究。 透過文獻與訪談、建構系統分析:一是了解顧客之購買動機,二是消費行為的決策過程與影響因素,三是顧客關係如何維持,四是探討珠寶與古董服務業的經營與創新模式。讓珠寶與古董產業,創造出永續經營的藍海市場,成為高價值的幸福產業!

The development of jewelry and antique industry are the index of economy for one country. The consumption of jewelry and antiques happens while citizens are live well and the economic is prosperity. The artistic value of jewelry and antiques is the most significant for cultural inheritance. This study based on the complex business model of We Lead Limited company and their 30-years’ experience. Constructing a system analysis through by interview and literature review to analysis: (a) the customs’ buying motivation; (b) the decision process of consuming behavior and the impact factor; (c) how to keep the relationship or connection with customs; (d) explore new business model for jewelry and antique industry. Wish this study could create a sustainable business model and build a blue ocean market then become a high value and happiness industries.
