摘要

本論文鋁合金應用於廚具之個案公司，係由深耕臺灣的鋁合金陽極廠孵化而出。在成立個案公司之前，公司主要業務多以科技產品代工，諸如Dell、Apple、SPIL等知名品牌。成立個案公司後，即致力於鋁合金精品的產品開發設計。從把手五金與家飾精品起步，例如鋁合金金屬飾板、紅酒架；到近年來，更將鋁合金材質應用於廚具系統，更成立廚具的自有品牌，正式進入臺灣的廚具市場。
個案公司具備長期與世界知名大廠合作培養的鋁陽極處理技術，將鋁合金應用於廚具中，使產品質感一流，媲美進口品牌。個案公司並以人為本，對客戶、員工、股東誠信；同時，藉由適度的授權，讓員工有參與感，從中獲得成就感，並願意與公司一起成長發展。期許創造不凡產品，成為臺灣最美居家產品創造者。

The case company has long-term cooperated with world-renowned manufacturers to cultivate aluminum anode treatment technology and apply aluminum alloy in the kitchen system. The desire is to make high-quality products that are comparable to other well-known international brands. The case company’s value is people-oriented; treats customers, employees, and shareholders with integrity. At the same time, with appropriate authorization to inspire employees to participate and embrace their accomplishments. Most importantly, they are willing to grow and develop along with the company. Hope to discover phenomenal products and become one of the creators of Taiwan’s most beautiful home products.
